Midway Trailers

We were on our way to Houston to buy a 16’ utility trailer and stopped at Big Tex Trailer World on the way because of their great selection. Prices were competitive, Dustin was awesome and the new trailer was prepped and on its way back home with us in about 45 minutes. We never went all the way to Houston.

I had some problems with alignment and suspension on one of my trailers, Monty and his team took care of me ASAP and got me back on the road. Monty took time to explain things to me and made me feel comfortable about the repairs, the years in the business really shows. I may have to drive 300 miles but I will be going back for any work that I need done.

So helpful and fast. We were blessed to have them repair our horse trailer after a wreck. They took good care of us.

Pulled into town and needed parts, these guys had what I needed and the service was top notch! Thanks again!

What an awesome purchasing experience from the first phone call! Richard and Miguel worked to address my questions and trailer needs INCLUDING locating the one I needed. They went above and beyond to get it serviced and inservice.

Mike too was awesome, addressing all of my concerns. He installed all of my "extras" and went over every inch of my GN25. He spent over an hour with me AND he even checked the fuse box on my truck!

I drove over 5 hours from OKC and it was well worth it! This store blew the OKC store away on price and service!

If you have a need for a Big Tex trailer, make this store your FIRST stop. You won't be disappointed.

Now for the bad, the driveway is in need of several loads of gravel or even an asphalt job!

As an Okie, I hate to say that Texas won this round, hands down!

Great work and took them one day to do the rewiring on my trailer. Come check them out for all your trailer needs!

We want to say thank you to Big Tex for their help today. We were stranded on the side of 45 and not only did they have all of the parts we needed, they went out of their way to deliver them to us even though that is not a service they offer! They didn't even charge to deliver. Top notch service all the way around. 100% recommend.

Wonderful experience was having trouble tracking down a part for my dump trailer Monti over there was extremely helpful in tracking that down and getting me heading in the right direction for it every time I’ve called up there I’ve had excellent service

I looked and looked at several Big Tex places to get a jack for my trailer, Midway Trailer was the only place that had it in stock. Monty was such a great help. The jack actually rang up at a different price than it was tagged. He honored the price on the sticker. Thanks Monty!!!

A great facility.
I brought my 40' gooseneck there with a busted spring. He doesn't sell my brand of trailer but was able to instantly recognize the type and size springs needed with a level of competency not commonly found these days.
He had to order my parts and still had my trailer fixed in three days.

My experience with Big Tex at Midway was excellent. I talked with Abby at 4:30 the day before telling her what I was looking for and when I arrived the next morning at 9:30 they had the trailer ready for me to pick up. They were great to talk with and extremely friendly.

Richard and Mike you are the best! Outstanding customer service for a brake problem at a very fair price with no appointment. Hauling expensive cars to Colorado Mike was able to solve the problem and have me back on the road in no time. Service like this is rare today!! Very much appreciated Gentleman. Gary B.

Monty and Big Tex trailer world did a fantastic job for us. We busted an axel on our boat trailer and we were 23 miles from Madisonville Tx. Called Big Tex he said try to limp it in and they would fix us up We got there they had to go to Houston and get the axel the next day but they got ya going by 2pm. They pulled the other wheels and repacked them as well and checked everything out. Their bill was $200 less than their estimate. Can’t say enough. Thank you

Awesome service and staff! They gave me a heck of a deal on a dually bed and loaded for my wife and all since I could not be there! Highly recommend using them!

Mike was exceptional with my repair. He fabricated a bar for the ramp and repaired the bent taillight within an hour and a half.at no charge. My next trailer will be from them!! Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I LOVE BIG TEX. I have a trailer of a different make and it malfunctioned after having it only 1 month. 2023 trailer. Called Big Tex in Madisonville and they had the part in stock. I came straight over to them and they worked on it right away. They even educated me on a better option for a break away chain. The work was completed in a couple of hours and back on the earning road. Staff was amazing and a pleasure to deal with after experiencing this setback. My next trailer WILL be BigTex.
