Dairy Queen

The staff was friendly when I stoped by for some blizzards. The food never disappoints because it’s actually fresh and not sitting under a warmer. The facility is always nice and cleans. If you can order ahead I would definitely do it. Also the restrooms are fairly small.

This is an old school Dairy Queen... It reminded me so much of one that my Dad would take us to in Beaumont in the early '70s... It is very well kept... The staff is not just a bunch of distracted teens... They were wiping the tables and policing the floors as soon as guests left... The food was terrific... I had a BeltBuster, jaliscos (breaded and fried jalapeno strips), and a chocolate mint milkshake... As much as anything, I liked the small town feel and the DQ was just a block off the square of the county seat... To top it off, it is near Christmas and they had a bible and Christmas tree prominently displayed!. Absolutely awesome

Hard workers for sure and they even had a smile for every customer. The 2 ladies behind the counter and only saw 1 cook but they were working their tails off. The restaurant does need a new location because the traffic is really busy and I didn't feel safe to go through the drive thru as it backs up into the street if more than 2 autos line up there. Food was great though.

This was the best Dairy Queen experience I have had. We loved the look of it - how it was not as modern looking as the ones back home. The food was amazing. Best fries we've had from a Dairy Queen. The service was amazing. There was only 3 people working though so there was a bit of a wait, but other than that, we were very pleased with our experience

In the midst of an emergency, heading out of town, I needed some food. The ladies here were really kind, quick and, for an old, old DQ building, this place is very clean. The gentleman on the grill made a great burger. DQ didn't disappoint. Thank you.
You have no idea what people are going through when they stop in to grab a bite to eat. Your service might be the difference between someone breaking down or you may have been the one to put a smile back on a person's face and be the reason their soul felt better. THE JOY CAME FROM THE STAFF AT DQ, ALL OF YOU, INCLUDING THE GREAT MAN ON THE GRILL and the kid needing a drink. GOD BLESS THOSE WHO SHARED LOVE, KINDNESS AND GOODNESS. Today was a special treat when we got acquainted with Mable, one of your employees. We have never been treated better at any business than we were today at your excellent establishment. She was cheerful, friendly and attentive. Mable made our day.

Cleanest DQ we have ever been in. Food was fresh cooked and hot. Employees so nice and helpful. Really enjoyed our visit.

What a great place this was. We were visiting Galveston and on our way back to Fort Worth stopped in Madisonville. Great staff, great food, great town. Chocolate soft serve rocks!!!

I am so sorry I didn’t know the amazing woman’s name but I went in to get an ice cream but only had 2$ so I asked her what I could get and she said anything you want and she would pay and she did just that she was so so sweet she said and I “ God loves you and do I.” She was a shorter black lady with short hair so so Beautiful I will for sure be giving her a big tip next time ❤❤❤ God bless all

At first glance, I didn't even want to go in this place. I'm so glad I did though. The food was fresh and hot, the staff was friendly, and the food came fast. If you're in the Madisonville area, I HIGHLY recommend this Dairy Queen.

The food was good and the service was great but I ordered 3 dinners and he charged me for 4 I got home and realized that the order was right and good the service was better

Probably the oldest Dairy Queen I've ever been inside. Over 60 years old. So much charm! Don't EVER change it! Worth the trip if you need a break from that long drive between Dallas and Houston.

Although the DQ in Madisonville, TX is an older restaurant, that is what we like, the nostalgia, in addition to the food & service. Some older DQ's have gone down heal where their food is concerned but not here! Additionally, it is kept clean; when business is slow, they're don't just stand around, they clean. And I have witnessed this on several occasions. We pull up on the s side, my husband goes on to order or food, then we sit in the car whine we eat & talk, much like back in the day ;)

This is the best Dairy Queen that we've ever visited. Clean, courteous and they make awesome food. Obviously well managed. We will stop here every chance we get. :)

Awesome a great atmosphere friendly service. The food is outstanding always hot and fresh. The employees check with me to make that my food was to my standard. This is what i like about Dairy Queen.
