Eric and his team were so helpful, knowledgeable, and committed to our unique situation in getting my mom and aunt settled. He had to sell two homes in two different locations, and help us purchase a home for two elderly women with individual needs. Lance was amazing to work with. Not only does he have more knowledge about the local Cache Valley area than anyone else I talked with prior to buying my home, but was able to educate us on schools and neighbourhoods in our search but all local events and other things I never even considered. In may of 2018 i needed a realtor to help me sell some property in Millville.
