I have gone here several times to use the residential disposal center to get ride of large trash items along with a lot of lumber / brush from my property. The staff here is always very professional and courteous. I am so happy that County Commissioner George Conley has this service available for us residents in precinct 1.

The residential disposal center hours are Monday - Thursday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Friday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. They are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

How about creating some Saturday hours so that those of us who have weekday jobs can dump our trash without having to take time off from work?

Twice a year this place sets fire to a gigantic pile of all types of refuse. Trees, Construction garbage, you name it. The smell drifts across the country side for a week or so until the nasty smoldering pile of probably toxic waste finally burns its self out. Usually the prevailing winds drives the smell North towards populated areas and Springtown. Please put an end to this Neanderthal practice at the least is unhealthy and reeks for local voters and at the worst its ultimately going to cost the county a lot in a class action when we have had enough.

If I could give zero stars I would! As Parker county residents we pay a lot of money for our taxes that go up every year; And it appears that nothing gets done. Nothing wrong with laying high taxes if the county would take care of things. Commissioner Conley is the rudest man I have ever talked to. I’m certain that the roads by his home are in perfect condition. We the taxpayers would like to know where our tax dollars are going because they aren’t going to repair roads or assist with county problems. My assumption is that our tax dollars are paying an outrageous salary for Conley and his staff.

Judd the supervisor is arrogant and unfriendly very rude and county commissionergives you the runaround when you try to reach him and ask about your roads and tells you that it would be two weeks from the time that they re gravel your road to it being back to normal black top but it has been over two weeks then I called and he told me it would be another two weeks I'm no genius but that is a month not two weeks
