Best Western Pecos Inn

Stayed her last night and was well worth the $125 I paid. Large clean, pet friendly room that smelled nice. Mattresses and pillows very comfortable. Property was well maintained and offered several grassy spots for pets. Water pressure was excellent and was really hot, which is a plus for me. Pool was WARM and hot tub cold which I didnt mind but odd. Lots of exits so you can park near your room. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe leaving my belongings without issue. Neighborhood seemed safe. Decent amount of food options available nearby. Ate at the restaurant and it was a okay burger and fantastic onion rings. Skip the cheesecake. Free breakfast was great as far as free breakfasts go.

If I had to point out a few minuses it would be bathroom was tiny, (watch your knees when closing the door on the toliet.) No pool towels during my experience. Exterior door locks were open rather than requiring a key card to access.

Would stay there again at same price point.

I was pleasantly surprised with my stay here. The rooms are spacious, the on site restaurant offers breakfast that's pretty good, and there is an awesome indoor pool. It is also close to Walmart, a local grocery store, plenty of food, and more.

Good size rooms. Lots of pillows. Semi truck parking in the back. On-site restaurant with decent burgers. Country market next door! Good water pressure. This is my second time staying here in the last few week.

Pool was nice. Not as cold as I would have liked but still fresh. Breakfast was alright. Air quality seemed hazy though. Probably needs new air filters.

I have stayed here numerous times. But I recently stayed and I was very satisfied . The breakfast was something new to me . I was very pleased with it haven't seen service like that for breakfast but definitely had to give them 5 stars for it. Rooms very clean beds very comfortable. They have a great pool and hot tub. Front desk was very great at customer service . I highly recommend this hotel.

I love this hotel, it is the best! Indoor Pool, hot tub, BBQ grills in an open air courtyard, in-house restaurant, great staff, just good all around place to stay.

Cute hotel! Front desk gal at check in is very nice and helpful. Fitness center has an elliptical, a treadmill, a bike, and arms and leg weights. Free breakfast from the restaurant on property. I had the breakfast burrito, which was delicious, and huge! Definitely recommend!

Been using this hotel for accommodations for family and ministries for over 5 yrs now. Amazing most friendliest staff we've encountered, great rates, great breakfast. Staff very helpful and accommodating even to last minute changes or additional last minute rooms. Great indoor pool and great breakfast in the restaurant located in hotel. Hard not to like this place!!!

Awesome! As always! Robin and her staff are very nice and courteous! The breakfast is the best around made to order! Only disappointment was the pool was under maintenance! But we'll forgive her!(wink wink) my grands needed to burn off some built up energy lol. But at least its nice to see a business keep their property maintained!

The hotel and service was great as expected for this chain. The pool and hot.tub were out but was informed in advance. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were great. Rooms cleaned and had Everything you needed.

I didn't book this hotel it was booked last minute by my company so I didn't know what to expect.. I was little concerned when I was walking down the hall to my room. The walls were painted cinder block. But I was more then pleasantly surprised with my room. It was huge and quite lovely. I received two free breakfast passes for the restaurant, although I was only able to use one as the first morning I had to be at work before the opened for breakfast. Breakfast was served in the on site restaurant and there were I think 6 choices of real food cooked on site not just warmed up. I'm not sure if the limited breakfast menu is due to covid or not but wow great pancakes, eggs and bacon. There is also an indoor pool that I didn't check out but it looked nice and clean. I would stay here again. Yes they do allow pets.

This hotel is beautiful! We loved the pool area with all the lovely plants and all the space in the indoor courtyard. Our room also felt very spacious. We were too tired to go out so we had dinner at the on-site restaurant. Then we had our free breakfast that is included in the morning at the same restaurant. The food is good! The waitresses are very nice. The staff was friendly. The whole place was very clean.

Great and friendly staff Jennifer and Selinda always go the extra mile. Fast quick service whatever you need! Great place and comfy beds good price as well. My go to hotel always when I’m in town. Also nice indoor pool.

I was here for 3 nights last week and had a very nice stay. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. For me, the complementary breakfast was different..... I've never been to a place that gives you a coupon to take to the adjoining restaurant and breakfast will be made to order. I loved it! All the staff were pleasant and kept the place up very nicely. If I were to be traveling through the area again I'd definitely would be a returning customer.

AMAZING STAFF! Definitely made me feel welcome and the cleanliness was the best I’ve ever seen. Jennifer and Debbie went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, Robin and Selinda were super friendly! Will be back!

This facility is very well kept. The staff are very friendly, cordial, and accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel has an atrium with skylights that is nicely decorated and furnished. it is perfect for dining or relaxing over a cup of coffee.

There is also a fitness center for guests who want to exercise. I would recommend this hotel to people who want to visit Carlsbad Cavers National Park.

We had a great stay here at this hotel. The pool was nice with beautiful plants surrounding. The breakfast was amazing. They give you coupons and you order your breakfast and it's cooked for you. Great big portions and was fantastic. Comfortable beds and served our needs to go to the Carlsbad Caverns.

So many hotels in the area had horrible reviews, so I went with this one because the reviews were glowing. Now I know why. Excellent staff, spotless rooms, pleasant atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and really enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Made a stressful trip a pleasant place to rest and lay my head at the end of the day! Would definitely stay there again!

It was a wonderful stay. We had the pet friendly room with the hardwood floor. It was close to the entrance back door so walking my pets was easy. My bed was comfy. Shower was high pressured which was excellent. It found it odd to have a breakfast ticket for the in house restaurant. Food and service was great! Highly recommend. Housekeeping always kept up with the cleaning, and I should have taken advantage of it. (I had my Do Not Disturb sign up all the time). WiFi was strong. I like the set of this place. Pool, grilling, hang outs, fitness center, candy and soda machines. The staff/housekeeping were friendly. Depending on who you talk to. Only down side was the tv in my room. It was too dim and adjusting it was not an option. So I left it off most of the time. The price of this stay is worth it. And If I come this way again. I will stay here and get the same room I was in.

Awesome hotel. Rooms are nice and clean, not too fancy. But the staff is friendly and the building is nice with an indoor heated pool and spa, outdoor and indoor courtyard, and decent restaurant. Their continental breakfast is a free meal at the restaurant! I was very happy with my stay
