Don Patron Mexican Grill

We've had great experiences here the 2 times we've eaten here. The parking area seemed busy, but we didn't have to wait to be seated. The staff was courteous and efficient.

Both my husband and I liked our entrees. We drove 15 min to rest here, and felt it was worth the trip.

Was visiting from out of state. We decided to try Don Patron. The atmosphere was awesome, our waitress was awesome and the food and drinks were delicious! The chips, salsa and Mexican Ranch were to die for!

A hidden gem in middle of West Virginia! While travelling to Florida from Canada, we had the pleasure of eating here twice. Once heading down and once again on the way home. (It’s that good.) Service is fast and friendly, even when they’re seriously busy. The best part is the food. It’s perfect. Authentic Mexican food of the highest quality and flavour. Try the flight of tacos for a fantastic variety of flavours. Wish they weren’t a 7 hour drive from home, I’d be there every week.

I visit this restaurant when I’m in the area. They used to be in a small space in the strip mall. They are now in the large restaurant space across the parking lot. The food and service has always been excellent and now the atmosphere is amazing. It looks like they are still putting finishing details on the outside but the inside is beautiful. I usually get the choripollo but today I opted for the choriburrito. It was fantastic! So big I’ve got leftovers for another meal.

Been to Many Mexican Restaurants and I have to say, This one was Amazing! Loved Everything and service wasn’t as bad as some reviews! Honestly the food was Great and when I’m town we’ll DEFINITELY be back💯

First time dining in the new building. Looks great, nice layout, great service, great food. We ate an early dinner. Price$ are creeping everywhere, especially with drinks, but overall, very satisfied with everything. Muy Bueno, amigos.

They let us know one grill was down and the wait would be a bit longer. Still faster than the average restaurant!! The California Burrito should be on a bucket list for everyone. Not just any California Burrito, but this one. Trust me. I eat them every time I'm there, although I just had the thought....maybe all their food is this good...Don't miss out on the Mexican ranch with the chips.

The food is worth stopping off of the interstate a bit out of your way,to taste it.

Oh my goodness! This place was amazing. Our server, Julietta, was so kind and wonderful, and the food? Probably the best Mexican food I’ve had outside of Mexico. The prices were great and the portions HUGE!
The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the lighting in the restaurant made it feel less cozy than it cools have been. Those lights were sooo bright!

The lunch special #16 was incredible!! Also, the salsa and Mexican ranch they serve with chips was phenomenal! It seems like the servers had a lot to do but our food came out super fast and was piping hot. Will definitely come again if possible!

I went there during a road trip because this is the highest rated restaurant near the motel we stayed. I liked the lively atmosphere of this place. The food was served relatively quickly. The service was good. When the soda was out, the waiter noticed and gave another free glass. My friend, who is a meat-eater, liked his dish. However, this is not a very great place for a pescoterian like me. I read from the review below that anything that says ‘beans’ include meat in it, so I decided not to order anything that has ‘beans’ in the descriptions. That left me few choices. I think the menu I got was not a good choice. If I go again, I’d probably get their shrimp+pollock+veggie dish (don’t remember the name of the dish) rather than what I got. I got half shrimp, half crab enchilada with diced tomato and sour cream dish. I thought enchilada would include some chili sauce like the name represents, but it was very cheese, no chili sauce on top. Also, the crab is diced imitation crab meat, which is understandable for the price and the location, but I’d still prefer the description would say ‘imitation crab meat.’

My husband and I ate here last night and it was DELICIOUS. We aren't from the area, and this seemed like the best place to eat. We were not wrong! The food was delicious, came out quickly, and it was more unique than standard Mexican cuisine that's available at El Nopal or similar places. I got a Flight of Margaritas (blue raspberry, lime, watermelon, and mango) which was delicious. Probably the best lime margarita I've ever had. I also got the Flight of tacos. One of them is SPICY and I didn't realize when I ordered, haha. Still very yummy! My partner enjoyed his burrito as well. Very happy with our time there!

This is an outstanding Mexican restaurant - the best I have seen around here. The decor is outstanding. Seems like all the waiters are always running. They have a great looking bar. They have an extensive menu and great chefs. If you are traveling through Weston on I-79 or US-48 you owe it to yourself to stop in here for lunch or dinner. I have been there twice in the past few weeks - perfect both times.

Amazing and delicious, need I say more? But I will lol Friendly staff, family atmosphere, and the food is by far the best I've ever had (*I travel for work*) I got the Pancho Villa, it was fantastic, I highly recommend and will deffinatly be back again next time I pass through to try more on the menu.

Driving a truck through Rt 19 & I-79 in WV and hard to find a spot with decent food open on a Tuesday with enough room for truck parking. Great place! If you order Mexican speciality dishes, that’s the way to go (not the Americanized options that come loaded with cheese)
I had the best veggie fajitas of my life, actually spicy the way I wanted them, with a fantastic spicy sauce to add on top of it. Sooooo good. Ugh. I’m happy. Big portion, have enough for tomorrow night too!

Stopping through on a mini roadtrip. Not much to eat in terms of sit down places in WV so when we came across this little gem we were thrilled.
The food was delicious. Two of us had the tacos campechanos and the other friend had a chiminchanga. We all split the homemade quac. Everything was delicious and we left nothing behind.
