We are so very impressed with Kelsey Furniture. Everything was perfect, from the price to the service to the delivery. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture, and I will also use them in the future for our furniture needs. We are a couple hours from this location, but this store carried the brand/style we were looking for. They were able to take care of us over the phone and email, and everything turned out perfectly.

Great selection of sofas and recliners. Even better was the service at purchase and follow up. Love supporting a family business.

Huge selection ! Went there first, than 5 other places looking for couches. Should of just bought what I saw first, at Kelsey's. Wonderful Becky, no pushing to buy. But they had what I wanted. Will definitely be buying more to add on to my first piece. And the prices, choices of material and colors made it easy to get what I wanted. Yes, there will be a wait, due to covid. But well worth the wait to get exactly what I want at a Great Price. Also what I appreciated is Becky took the time to find us Exactly what I wanted. Nice established small-town family business with very friendly staff. Great prices, too. We bought a new Ashley couch from them that would have cost at least $100 more elsewhere, and we were fortunate enough to live local, so we could go pick it up. One other place we'd checked wanted almost $300 for what they were touting as some kind of first-class delivery. We're glad we found Kelsey's.

Kelseys Furniture is the best of the best. I walked in right before closing and had EXCELLENT customer service I was directed to the type of sectional I was looking for picked it out in 5 minutes. It was exactly what I wanted an was in stock. The price was cheaper than the big box store I had looked at with bad customer service and it even had a feature I wanted and couldn’t find. The delivery guys were the best and made sure to treat it like there own and placed it where I wanted.

Great variety to choose from and everything except 1 item in stock. Very happy with my experience there. Had the furniture delivered 1 week later. Definitely will go back there! Very friendly and helpful staff.

I loved this store from the minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and the friendliest hello I had ever heard. Chad the owner took care of us right away and was super helpful answering every question we had with ease. He really knows his furniture and mattresses. The quality of furniture and bedding along with price and customer service is incredible. I am so happy we went there and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Kelsey's is the best kept secret furniture store in east central Illinois! They hundreds of furniture options for you to choose from. Need a desk? What kind? They have simple desks to fancy roll tops! Bunk beds to king size in a variety of options. Beautiful woods to select from in all the furniture. They even have recliners that will invert you! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! Most times delivery is the same day! Even on their annual sale day! Hard to beat!

Best prices in the wider area. Great service. Have promptly addressed all issues we had after outfitting several rooms in our home with them. Promptly with no fuss. Will finish furnishing new home with their pieces.
