I love that I can look up something online first to see if they carry an item or have it in stock. It's even better that they are so close to home and carry most hardware necessities. So happy they are close by!

I love having Nena Ace Hardware in our small town. It's convenient and competitively priced. Yesterday I purchased a gallon of primer (cheaper than the big box stores) and a Milwaukee leaf blower & battery ($85 off!!!!). The staff is knowledgeable and so friendly. Both of the floor employees took my items to the counter while I continued to shop. You won't get that level of customer service with the "other guys".

I ordered a grill online and they delivered it to my door two hours later. Wow! Excellent service!

Much larger than I thought from the outside, and it's clean and well-organized compared to another local Ace. An associate helped me as soon as I walked in, and he was able to come up with a creative solution for a small project I was working on. Looks like they have a good posting department, too.

Their business may not have the floor space of a home improvement center like Lowe's, Home Depot, or Menard''s, but they always have very friendly and helpful staff. It's rare when you walk in the door and there's not someone there asking if they can help you find what you need. The service is great, but I also really appreciate helping a local business. There are times when I need to buy bulk materials and have to go to the big box stores, but for everything else I will gladly patronize Nena's Hardware in Germantown Hills, Illinois.

I can't say enough about this business. I was impressed with the knowledge, courtesy, and commitment to my wishes. Luckily, I hooked up with a store manager who helped me with several purchases. He answered my many questions and shared his own insights regarding my inquiries. He spent a great amount of time with me and never once made me feel that I was taking too much of his time.
His name is Alonso and I couldn't recommend him more! I will seek his assistance when I ever need help. It is refreshing to feel that special attention was given with such a professional demeanor as well as a positive attitude, and even a touch of humor. I had a terrific experience! I remain a loyal customer!

I visit this place for all my basic home repair needs. Quick response to your needs. I needed a certain air filer for my furnace and they were sold out. I asked if they could call me when restocked as I am handicapped and do not want to make trips for nothing. They called and told me when they were coming and even called and told me they had a fresh supply in and stocked. Now you can not get that kind of service just anywhere these days.

They always have what you need but always pricey

When the stores closer to me don’t have it, this is where I go. Once in a very great while I come looking for something they don’t have, but I usually leave with an idea of what I can do to substitute or get around whatever part I couldn’t find.

Lots of Yeti and Stihl stuff, and way more hardware and fasteners than most other stores.

Great place, friendly & helpful folks. Real convenient for our area.

Stopped by for the 24mm socket and a driver for it to unscrew e120 mower blades.

Was helped by the store employee. On and out in 5 minutes.

This store has excellent service! Richard is very knowledgeable and turn my plumbing nightmare into a successful adventure. The people who lived in my house before me really did a number on everything they touched. But with Richards help I installed my garbage disposal with minimal frustration and a lot of confidence. He is THE MAN!!

Love, love , love this store! When my home town store is out of something Germantown Hills ACE Hardware is my go to, and I live an hour away! I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. I recommend this particular store over any other ACE Hardware!

OUTSTANDING customer service! I'm greeted and asked if I need some help within 30 seconds of walking in store! Not many places do that.

They have helped solve almost every problem I've had. I love going in there! Prices are competitive with the big box stores. The convenience of having ACE nearby is well worth it.

I have one problem, the grills. Even though we bought our Weber gas grill there, the temptation of the Weber charcoal grills right in front is simply luring me in to buy it...thanks Justin!

Germantown store excellent service. Great close go to store employees very helpful and courteous all of them if they don't know they go get someone who does.

Good help if you need something very nice people large variety. I bought a map gas torch and it was $10 cheaper than Menards has them for

Bought big, beautiful mums 3 for $25. 3 times as big as Wal-Mart's for $8.96.
