Their customer service was able to help me with a 3 month old all-in-one. Asus, the manufacturer, who I contacted first wanted to charge me to ship the device to them for their 1 year warranty. Impressed BestBuy stepped in to help when the manufacturer won't stand by their own 1 year standard warranty. My last asus purchase ever, but not my last best buy one.

Posting as a dasher - I was literally just dropping off a large pizza order. Every employee I crossed paths with greeted me in some way. Maybe they were just excited for pizza. Maybe this is completely normal. Either way it was noticed 😁

Every employee, from the greeting desk to the floor, we're smiling and eager to assist! The employee that assisted us, Cindy was her name, was very helpful and was a true joy. Everyone was smiling, the atmosphere was calm, store floor & Isle ways clean and orderly. Wish all retail adventures were with likewise type employee's.

Best buy is always a great place to have electronics, I did my tv buy myself, nobody helped to me, attendants were worry about it's mobile phone than help others, must them looks like mad people, they should be grateful to have a work.

I've bought several computers, phones, game systems and other electronics over the years and they've always provided great service, and it's SOOO nice to go to a store where the staff actually knows about the products they're selling you.

We arrived about 30 minutes before they closed hoping to get a phone with Google FI for our daughter heading to Sweden the next day. They were a little busy so we browsed cell phones while we waited. Nathan, the General Manager, asked if he could help us. He hadn't done the Google fi install on phones yet but patiently helped us through all the steps. While we waited for my phone to go through everything he told us about his trips to London and Mexico and kept our daughters excited telling them about taking care of his dogs. The store had been closed for nearly 40 minutes by the time we finished everything and we apologized but he wasn't concerned about staying late at all. His dedication to this store is unmatched. My wife and I are small business owners and employees like this are impossible to find. We'll definitely be back.
