Reuben and Christian the managers are amazing. Christian went above and beyond to do my foot measurement and the whole experience to see what shoes would be best for my feet. Also when showing me diff shoes, he actually unlaced and put them on my feet. I was blown away by his customer service. Reuben was very kind as well. I love the staff there all around....but the management is top notch!! I am now a RED WING SHOPPER FOR LIFE!! Thank you to them for being so great.

Stop by to pick out a new pair of work boots. What a great experience. The guy that was helping us out was top tier! What customer service should be. He know all the answers to our questions and then some. Knew the products, warranty, policy and more. He was very professional and alert. He gave us a lot of helpful information before and after purchasing a pair of their boots. Highly recommend getting a pair work boots here even though they’re on the higher price range, but definitely worth it.

Today I went in needing to exchange a pair of work boots and was recommended by a friend to see Chris. I'm glad I followed that recommendation because Chris have one of the best, if not THE best, customer service I had ever experienced. He's very knowledgeable, kind, considerate and professional. I told him that the work boots I previously bought was causing me issues and he actually took the time to hand measured my feet,paid attention to details, and made sure that I felt comfortable in my new pair. Young Man that assisted me was very helpful and complete with his explanations. I came in with an Ad thinking what it was what I wanted. He asked the traits that I was looking for and I spelled out what I wanted the new boot to be for. He stated while the Boot in the Ad would perform well, he showed me two other alternatives that, depending on how they felt may be better. He patiently got tall items involved and was there while I tried them on. I ended up selecting one of the alternatives he suggested and am very happy with the results so far. Only a few days into wearing them at the moment. Job well done! I have been wearing the Steel Toe Gym Shoe style for years and am getting used to the feel of a boot height again...

Great place. I got my first pair of boots. The lady saw I was nervous and she really went out of her way to help me find the best pair for me and my work life. I recommend them. Very clean. Very organized.

Christian was awesome! He took time out to help me get sized up, pull out a variety of boots and he knowledgeable experience helped me pick out a great boot!!!!

The guys at the evergreen park location were fantastic. Sized my feet and got me the perfect shoes. And they offered me a donut! Solid dudes.

Took some boots here for new laces and conditioning, couldn't happier. Fast and free ended up buying some stuff anyways bc they are so nice.

Love my new work shoes. And Anthony was very helpful an knowledgeable. If I'm up here come fall I'll be back for winter boots.

Very informative and helpful. While there I found out the salesman Teddy was fairly new. He showed confidence in his knowledge of the boots he showed me.

They really go all in , i got a better experience there than most places and the tech they use to determine show size and whats good for your feet is more in depth than a hospital! Spencer helped me out and was amazing!

Wow, the boot buying experience with Christian was PHENOMENAL! He was super knowledgeable of all the products and gave me all the information needed to make a smart purchase.

The product itself is super solid. Great fitting boot with the best insoles. They process of getting fitted was a personal one that felt very tailored.

I use these boots (Irish Settler) for light manual labor that needs comfort and these boots are IT! I’ll make sure to come back and take advantage of the warranty to get my boots oiled.

They also have a wide selection of Carhartt products but if you’re under a 38 in the waist, you’re out of luck.

The associate that helped me upon arrival name is Christian. He was very very very very patient and informative! He gave me honest reviews of all the selection I tried on and allow me to test drive the shoes in the store. Nevertheless, their technology and equipment for sizing your foot and arch etc for insert recommendations was very cool and high tech! If I had the money, I would’ve bought everything single shoe and accessory Chris recommended. Landed with a nice light work shoe and in sole! Thanks Chris!

Best boots around!!! That last time I was here, last year, the customer service was not very good. But today was an awesome experience!! Very friendly, greeted me as I entered the door and was able to answer all of my questions. Was very knowledgeable about his product. Found the shoes I wanted immediately and I was in and out in no time!!
