Good service--very satisfied

Extremely bad company. Unresponsive, and unhelpful. I had to chase them up over 25 times for lodgement to which they didn't respond then the only response I got was an invoice. Then when stated that my company lodgement not done they gaslight me. They justify themselves for not doing anything. I would not use this company ever, arrogant people who treat you poorly and charge you an excessive amount for very little work. It's sad really as I'm a pretty easy going client so for me to make this is extremely disappointing. I wouldn't ever recommend this company. Plenty of far better firms out there

Unprofessional and Terrible service. Had to wait two hours just to speak to someone and they charged me a service charge that was more than my refund.
