We were a few minutes late for our appointment since we aren’t from the area and I wasn’t aware of the parking situation. I was willing to wait for the next opening but thankfully Stacy offered to cut my 3 year old’s hair. She took her time and gave me so many helpful tips on how to maintain my daughter’s very curly hair. I already see a massive difference in her hair from following her advice, my daughters hair is so much healthier and easier to style. We will definitely be coming back here, thank you Stacy!

First time at this location, we used to go to the one in Vernon Hills before it closed. We had a wonderful experience! I brought my 14 month old here for his first haircut. We got a certificate, picture and the hair clippings. He saw Jill, who I saw was recommended in several other reviews. She was AMAZING. So patient, kind and worked really well with my son. Highly recommend her, and this spot, for a first haircut!

My experience at KidSnips today was fantastic. I took my daughter in for a cut. She has long hair but we needed to take ~3" off. When she saw her hair she burst into tears. Nothing I said could calm her down. The wonderful women there came over with a basket of lollipops and offered her one and braided her hair into a special style and complimented her on her new cut. Wow. Sometimes it's hard being a mom, but KidSnips totally had my back today. Thank you!!

My daughter loves getting her haircut here! There so friendly and making appointments makes it easier so no long waits. Definitely recommend it!

Jill was so awesome and made sure my son was very comfortable before doing anything. His first haircut was better than I could have hoped for and I’m so happy she made it so easy and quick. She also did great with the haircut; he looks amazing! :)

Ms. Hannah was awesome! As a single dad, I was having issues with my daughter’s hair. She was very patient while teaching me how to do my daughter’s hair: putting it in pigtails and a ponytail. My daughter is a bit to young for her first cut, but Ms. Hannah made my daughter feel safe and comfortable while teaching me how to put her hair in cute pigtails and even made recommendations for various materials I’d need. She had an amazing time and looks great! Thank you!

My 2-year-old LOVES going to see Ms. Heather, to the point that he regularly tells me he wants to go get a haircut. He's super squirmy and wants to touch and hold everything, and Heather does an amazing job of keeping him entertained and calm so she can get the job done. It's a bit of a drive for us, but so worth it!

The Kidsnips in Deerfield is fantastic! It’s everything you could ever want for your child’s hair salon. Everyone who works there is so kind. My boys see Heather. She is extraordinary. She goes above and beyond.

Right now everyone is wearing masks. You can tell they are all smiling under them through their eyes. The salon is very clean and safe. The procedures they have taken through these uncertain times is excellent. Please go check out the Kidsnips in Deerfield. You will not regret it. 😀

Mr. Todd was great with cutting my 2 year old sons hair. This place is fun for kids and affordable. Will definitely be returning.

My 13 month old has been coming here since her first hair cut and my husband also gets his hair cut here. They remember us and always accommodate our requests. Wonderful place. Highly recommend

My daughter loves coming to Kidsnips to have her hair cut by Heather. Her first haircut with Heather was 4 years ago when she was only 2. Heather has a fabulous way with children. She is warm, kind, gentle and fun, all at the same time. In addition, she works wonders with her scissors and is open to direction from parents.

Natalie is AWESOME!! My long-haired toddler son loves his hair, as do I. Natalie gave him the "right" cut that simply cleaned it up, without looking messy while still keeping the length. Looking forward to seeing her again soon!

Good place. Easy to get appointments compared to nearby kidsnips. I scheduled appointment on Saturday evening for Sunday morning. The place is neat and clean.

The place is kind of hidden though. Can't be seen from the parking lot. I had to call them. They should have post sign for direction.

I was there today for the first time since COVID and could not be more impressed by every safety measure and the cleanliness. Even before you and your child walk in, they are temperature checking and asking the appropriate screening questions. They are disinfecting everything and using hand sanitizer. There is large distance and barriers between the few chairs and they are limiting the entire space to a total of 10. I was pleased with the hair cuts and staff prior, but I am now ecstatic. Thanks KidsSnips for all that you are doing and for making me and my daughter feel so comfortable!

My daughter has her hair done weekly with either Jill or Heather. They are both great stylists and always come up with something new and exciting. I cannot think of a better place to go.
