Mt Pleasant Preschool

I have experienced MTP preschool as both a parent and a staff member. As a parent my child was more than prepared for kindergarten. He was already beginning to read when he graduated from the program. He was taught many things that are not seen on paper. Things such as social/emotional skills, how to be a kind friend, and a love for Jesus.
As a staff member I love all things preschool with a passion. Our preschool has the support and help of all staff members and support from our congregation. I know the kiddos are well loved, cherished, and safe.

MTP Preschool is fantastic!! The teachers are great and the classrooms are bright and cheerful. The classes are small each child gets the attention they need. Two of my grandchildren have attended and were well prepared for kindergarten, not only academically but also socially. A third grandchild will be attending in the fall. We love MTP Preschool and all it has to offer!

Best preschool for my son!! He attended 2022-2023. Amazing teachers who took the time to meet his personal needs. He was able to grow and learn at his own pace, which prepared him for kindergarten. Would recommend to anyone looking for a preschool.

My daughter started kindergarten this year, she is so advanced compared to the other children. Not only did my daughter learn so many skills , she also got me and the rest of my family closer to God by what they were teaching.
They do not pressure you. We decided to join the church after my daughter was going to Kindergarten, because we have created such a bond with the teachers and staff. Mrs. Sara Marks, runs a wonderful program, and I am thankful to her for enriching our lives. I recommend this Church and program to everyone I meet.

My sweet babies both attended MtP Pleasant Preschool! They entered kindergarten academically ahead of their peers and ready for their next chapter! Arts, science, reading, numbers and Miss Sara! Can’t be beat!

Our son has gone to Mount Pleasant, both last school year and this one, and LOVES it there. There is a great balance between academic work and fun, and he has really thrived there, in spite of being extremely shy and introverted. The teachers are gentle and empathetic, while also being firm enough to create needed structure. We are so glad we found Mount Pleasant, and it was the best fit for our sweet boy!

I loved having my child learn in a Christian atmosphere. He was well prepared for kindergarten. Not only with being able to recognize the alphabet, shapes, and colors, but he learned how to cooperate with others.
