Randy was awesome. Took the extra steps to help and installed my battery. He was exceptional, way beyond doing his job. I offered a cash tip, but he politely declined snd said he happy to help keep my car up to par. Some of the best customer service that I've had, regardless of business. Randy is superb.

Older Guy I believe is the manager, scanned my truck determined I had an issue with my battery that I purchased at this location, went out of his way to take care of me. Great customer service and a great guy.

Best auto store in Flint. Not because of the company but because of the staff. Scott is always great and Dave is the best. Troy is always there to help too. Bunch of great guys to work with.

Let us in 2 min before closing. Needed tire plug & desperate on a Sunday night to find place open after 6 or 7. Thankfully got there just before 8pm closing. Friendly & great even tho they were beginning to close. Thx to the staff big time.

I bought a battery there a little over a month ago and it stopped taking a charge I took it back there it was a no hassle exchange it was a nice experience

Great customer service
Due to COVID all businesses are stretched thin however when I was at ADVANCE Auto Parts they were all helping a customer with their questions and getting them what they needed and also made suggestions on stuff they thpught was necessary. Which what I heard really was necessary and many that do not know automobiles rely on people like this too help prevent being on side of the road later. They didn't have to tell customers anything but they did and GREAT JOB FOR CARING!! COMPANY'S with EMPLOYEES like this are places I will always remember and go to!! Hard to find this anymore. More than helpful , most parts on hand every time I go . Been using them for years only had to wait one time on a part delivery. Well informed staff friendly attitudes , helps when it's your car you're working on.

Great service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Rather just selling me a headlight because that's what I was looking for, the CSR came out to my car and checked my fuses just to make sure I didn't waste $15 on a needless part.

Had to return a part that was under warranty. Was pretty easy, they had our information on the computer. So it went smooth. And received a mechanise card instead of cash but that's ok because we will be back.

Great Staff an management

Very friendly staff ... came right up to me as soon as I stepped in the door ... went in the computer to find the bulbs I needed ... they weren't on the floor so he checked in the back ... He even came outside and helped me take out the old bulb and put in the new one 😊 ... I can't say how easy the whole transaction was, very happy!
