Bel Air is the only place I take my car! Also good, reliable, and honest. It is the cleanest, best managed shop I have ever seen.

We have been using Belaire for our automobile service for years now and they have consistently provided great service for a fair price and timely repairs. Adam, Lucas and Will have all provided excellent customer service.

This place came highly recommended to us in the first place. They do their best to accommodate our needs. We recently had several things wrong with the car but instead of keeping the car at the shop for a week, they would do one repair and then let me take it back home then bring it back again a few days later so we could have our car for getting our 6 kids around. They are always very friendly and I don't feel like they overcharge for things. They also never push you into repairs that you don't need and often tell you when you can let it slide for a little longer before getting a repair done.

Best shop in Grand Rapids. Been treating me right for 4 years, I live 25 minutes away now and will still drive there for any and all repairs. Always thorough, honest, and on the only occasion I had some issues after a repair they fixed it free of charge (cruise control wiring). Priced fairly and they never try to upsell me on things that aren't necessary.

The guys at Bel Air are great. I've had a starting issue with my Jeep for about 2 years, taken it multiple places with no success and these guys finally diagnosed it correctly and fixed it. They even put extra gas in my car before I picked it up. I would recommend this place to anyone and will for sure be a repeat customer.

My vehicle was done on time, for the exact amount quoted. Adam was very friendly, but professional.
I had forgotten to ask him to check the brakes (7 yrs and 40k miles, it was time). But he caught the problem and let me know so I could have everything done at the same time. I will be recommending Bel-Air if I hear of someone needing auto service or repairs.
