Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped a ton when we where buying our home. I have not run into anyone unpleasant in the park, I like our neighbors a lot. Quiet and clean. Has a nice playground for the kids and a small convenience store right outside the park. Been very happy living here.
Edit: We moved out four years ago and have heard a lot of bad things about the park since we moved. Since it's just things I've heard I won't change my rating but I did want to warn people my review was done a long time ago and the park may have changed.

Some people on 104 st. Alan and Felcia helped me when my van broke down let me and my dog in our of the heat. Nice to see good people are still out there. Thank you
