Okay, let me start by saying that I went in with zero helpful expectation. Typically this is what you would get right. Well not today yall. Today was a good day. I was heard. I was respected and my needs as to a phone consumer
were met.

The reps at this store were very helpful, and knowledgeable about the phones! I came from Verizon to cricket, and let me tell you I have neverrrrr had such a great experience in a phone store as I did at cricket! If I could give them a 100/5 I would! The manager Caleb was very helpful and nice, and he was fun to work with! The rest of the staff Abby and tony were on point too! Helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone in the manner of 10 minutes! Usually you’re in a phone store for a long time and it’s draining, that’s not the case here! Thanks guys!

I recently switched from Verizon to cricket and I've been very happy with the service overall but more specifically I am extremely impressed with the store and the people working there. The assistance my family and I got was first rate, very professional and well deserving of a recommendation. Everything was laid out in a great easy to understand manner. There was no pressure and all in all the staff was great. If you are thinking about a new phone plan consider swinging by cricket.

Had a amazing experience at this store. About a month and a half ago I was hesitant coming in don’t like to have to deal with updating my phone. Soon as I came in I was greeted by both employees they were very welcoming very informative. The one employee hailey took the time to ask me questions and make a personal connection with me she also took the time to talk to my 15 year old daughter that was with me. She made my service unmatchable. When a month had gone by and I had to come pay my bill I had came in and was greeted by hailey once again she did not just pay my bill and rush me out the door she took the time to talk to me asked me how I liked my new phone even asked what I didn’t like so much and gave me alternatives to use instead of what I was doing so I was able to better adjust to my phone. She remember small things like my daughter telling her she had a play that coming up weekend and asking me how that went, asked me about my grand babies I had told her bout and other things most employees wouldn’t take the time to remember and put the personal spin on doing something as simple as paying my phone bill. End of the day my coverage with cricket isn’t that well, but I keep coming back because the customer service is terrific. I’ve now been able to have interaction with all 3 employees that work there and they are always smiling and seeming to be having a great time being there and just happy to help! I refer all my friends here and to go see these lovely people! Thanks cricket wirless for going above and beyond and making something I would usually dread (paying a bill) something I look forward to every month!
