Doozie’s Ice Cream Place

I really like this ice cream place. The line was long but was moving fast so if you drive by and see a long line just ignore and stop any ways because you will not have to wait long. This was our first time there and the choices are limitless which I love. The old lady who greeted us was amazing and had such a positive attitude. She explained what everything was without any irritation since we were new there. The only thing I didn’t like about this place was that they do NOT ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS. There is a bank two minutes away. This place is a MUST VISIT AND TRY.

I love ice cream!! Got black cherry with chocolate chips and chocolate syrup!!!!! It was so yummy...

I was teasing my children saying Doozies had a cow in the back in order to make their ice cream. My daughter decided to ask one of the employees if it were true. When our ice cream was delivered, they included a picture of the Doozie cow ;)

I would give this place 6 stars if possible! First time there, long waiting line, but well worth it. Visiting from out of state, my first time there. Great service. Ample serving size of a wonderful treat. So glad we discovered this gem!

After seeing huge crowds for several days in a row, my husband and I decided to stop. (Always follow the locals! Lol) SO glad we did! The ice cream was amazing (the choices were endless, it seemed) Next time we're in Mt Pleasant, this will be our first stop lol.

Doozies is a great local ice cream spot. Parking can be very tight but worth the struggle. Let it be know that they DO NOT ACCEPT CARD.

Go with cash, I believe they also accept check but cash is king here!

I highly recommend the dirt arctic swirl but get it with gummy bears instead of worms and it’s easier to manage.

Always busy but I suspect its because they have good ice-cream they are always friendly and have good size portions I get the banana split made with chocolate soft serve ice-cream. Their ice-cream tastes much better than big name ice-cream shops

Wow this place was amazing!!! Elderly gentleman that waited on us was friendly he was suggestive selling & the price was unbelievable!!! This place is a gem & it was packed. To the owner -- I'm a restaurant manager & I'm not easily impressed. It was awesome

Doozies is iconic and they have so many options and I have never had anything that wasn't spectacular. I love that they have a kids size for many of their treats which is nice when you don't need a huge serving. Love the Dole whip options as well. They are friendly, fast, and average price. This is a must stop if you are in the area.

The ice cream is amazing, the owner is pretty funny you'll have a laugh if he serves you. I get their peanut butter cookie dough with chocolate ice cream and peanut butter sauce. So good!

They have hand dip ice cream, arctic swirls with almost every topping you could think of that you can mixed in it, they have dole whipped cones, pup cups for your furry friends, along with your other banana splits, sundaes,ice cream nachos, etc.

Yummy ice cream! Love the special options like lactose free etc. I got a large waffle cone 2x raspberry and vanilla soft serve both were huge and so good. And it was only 3.50
Will be back often this summer

Love doozies! Its the only place in mount pleasant that I will get ice cream. Mr Doozie is amazing and always puts a smile on my face!

Kind and quick staff. I am a trumpet in the CMB and always love coming out for ice cream with the section during band camp
