I just want to take a minute and talk about Wolverine for a second we were very pleased from start to finish. The salesman Jason came into our home knew what he was talking about, broke the process down very simple so understood it. we knew our water was bad but we didn't know how bad. we are very happy with the cost and with the Wolverine team.

I was given Jason’s information about 3 years ago from a client. They said that their Wolverine Water Softening Unit was PHENOMENAL!! I can’t even explain how much they raved about it.

Our water was terrible before Wolverine installed a filtration system, it was yellow and tasted terrible. After installation our water tastes great a joy to shower with. The crew did a great job installing the system. The fastest turn around time, I placed the order on Monday morning and it was installed Tuesday afternoon. Jason the salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous, I would recommend them to anyone that needs better water.

Jason came to our house to test our water and go over the options to treat our water system. We already knew we had issues regarding arsenic, which was the main reason for looking into a whole house arsenic filter. Jason went over the prices and options for what system(s) would be the best option for our home.

On the day of installation, the two guys who came to the house were super professional and friendly. And they were reasonably fast with installation. Any questions we had they would answer.

About one and a half to two weeks after the installation, one of the installers came back to test the arsenic levels, which came back as not detectable and these results were emailed to me when they came in.

As a new homeowner, and as someone who was coming from city water at their previous home, if we had any questions we could call the office up and described what we were experiencing and they alleviated any concerns.

We would 100% recommend Wolverine Water Treatment to any of our family for friends when it comes to treating their water. Our family loves the great tasting water we have!

I called for information on a Wednesday and had a beautiful system completely installed by Friday at noon (same week). It didn't even take two full days and I had wonderful water throughout the entire house. I am very pleased with my Wolverine system and how well the company representatives handle the entire process, from start to finish.

Update: I still LOVE Wolverine Water Treatment and the team there, ALWAYS takes care of me! They even carry the 50 pound bags of salt to my basement! This purchase was life changing. I had considered moving because of the water in my area and Wolverine changed my mind!

We had a wonderful experience with Wolverine! They came out to my house the same day I called- have me a quote, and we scheduled installation. They were professional, polite and explained the whole process to us! I highly recommend. Jason was very informative about what we needed and why.

Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the products. He made sure I understood every test he was running, the importance behind them, and how it relates to my health and the health of the house / appliances. The installation was fast, I was given a full tutorial of the system, the little maintenence that was needed and how to do it (changing filters). Overall, everything was fantastic. Jason also followed up a few weeks later to ensure there were no issues and I was happy with the products.

Our experience with Wolverine has been very positive. Every person we spoke with, on the phone and in person, was very curteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to identify and explain our specific water issues, how the softening system would resolve the issues, and patiently answered all of our questions. After installation we immediately felt and observed a difference in our water. No more rust stains or white residue which was my number one priority for installing a quality softening system. The great tasting and safe water and ice cubes were getting from the reverse osmosis system is well worth the investment.

I was very impressed with the prompt response from Wolverine for getting started with the new filtration system. They were here within a couple days of calling. The technicians were very efficient, polite and made certain that this very senior lady understood the entire process and what to expect from it. They were very tidy and cleaned up any debris they had created. They answered all my questions and actually crawled into my crawl space a couple extra times to make sure the questions that I had asked about outside faucets etc. were correct before they finished the job.
