Merlin Olsen Central Park

This park is the perfect park if you are looking for some shade. Very clean and grass is in great shape!

Really nice park, with things to do for all ages. We were there for family retreat photos. Very scenic. Pix came out great. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best parks I've ever been to, the views are great. BUT! Bring bugspray! The mosquitoes are relentless at all times of the day. The temple is visible from the park and is super pretty.

My favorite park nearby! Very Wheelchair friendly! Lots of paved paths to explore and fantastic bathrooms! Hung out here in the summer with friends all the time! Great place to play Pokémon Go Fest!

Beautiful park, love the tunnels, bridges, river, trees and shade. There are plenty of places for kids to play, playgrounds, sand boxes, etc. It's a beautiful play for adults to spend time too. Very relaxing, clean and beautiful. There are public restrooms and lots of parking. There's a nice big pavilion and if I remember right there were basketball or tennis courts as well.

The playground is a little bit out of date but that didn't stop my daughter from having a blast here. The tree's are mature and beautiful. Tons of shade and would be awesome for family gatherings or photos. The stream that flows through is perfect for kids to play in.

A great multi use park with well kept grounds

I was actually across the street at Pioneer Parkway. You can have your dogs off leash to run in this area. The plot of land is centered by an electrical sub station. The entire North side of the area is a little stream. In the North East corner is a tunnel to access Merlin Olsen park where dogs must be leashed. This area does not have a playground so kids may be bored. So nice that Logan has these off leash places to take our dog!

What a wonderful place to bring your children for a picnic or to play on the playground. The perfect place to gather for a family reunion. Or to take a leisurely evening stroll on the numerous paved trails holding the hand of that special someone.

With the beautiful Logan temple as the backdrop on the north and the majestic Rocky Mountains on the east, this park is undoubtedly a must visit.

Once a year my sister and I. Along withe our grandsons, go up to Logan on our annual grandma/grandsons. We discovered it a few yrs back and now we enjoy, eat lunch and watch the boys have fun!!!!!

Nice grassy area for dogs to run around off leash, no fence around it though so keep an eye on your dog when near street. The canal is nice for your dog to cool off in. Lots of shade from trees and room to throw a ball.

Great place to take your kids. Love the big tall trees and the pretty canal running through it. It is slow enough that my 3 year old had no problem walking and playing in the water. The playground there is nice too but my kids preferred playing in the water.

Cute place with a nice playground and tire swing. Has a lottle river that runs through it when it's warm.

A lovely big park near downtown Logan. Very picturesque with the mountains and trees. There are walking paths, a large playground, picnic areas, and loads of grassy areas.

This is a great park with plenty to do. They have a big open field for any large-area sports such as frisbee, kickball, soccer, etc. There are plenty of shade trees, some of which you can climb on. Playground equipment looks nice with a lot of things for kids to do. A cool feature of it is that they have a shallow stream running through the middle, which is an excellent place to wade in. There's also a nice bridge across it if you don't want to get wet:) Overall the grass is green and soft and it's a great place to hang out at.

This is a delightful park located at the bottom of Temple Hill. Plenty of shade plenty of space and the children enjoy paddling in the river which is shallow and does not flow too fast so it is safe

Cute park, lots of shade, decent bathrooms, fun little stream the kids could play in. It was a fun little stop for our trip to the area.

Kids love the shallow river that runs through the center of the park. Large play structure, sand volleyball court, pavilion and picnic tables. Lots of shade from mature trees.

The park was very popular even during the week. Everything was well maintained and clean. Everyone seemed very friendly and in good spirits. We picnicked as a last-minute plan, and even though there seemed to be parties and big family gatherings going on, people made room for our small gathering. Lots of room to stretch and find your own peace there. The creek wasn't running at the time, but maybe it was a bit early?

I love this little central park!
The stream is a nice place to cool off in the summer time, and it's well-maintained so the water doesn't get gross and murky.
I like coming here to read and meditate. It's so relaxing.
Basketball courts.
Plenty of open grassy space for sports.
Huge, gorgeous trees. Lovely surrounding neighborhood with those cute little old houses.
Main Street is within reasonable walking distance if you wanna grab something to eat.
