Friendly and helpful personnel. When Jacques came to the house to take measurements, he was very knowledgeable and patient . Dan and his helper were the best. They covered everything in my kitchen even the floor and made a tent for their work space. The countertop was cleaned,joints filled and sanded . The countertop then went from my old cranberry to a beautiful gray which I chose. When they were done, they cleaned everything. I did not lift a finger. The chemical smell is a little powerful the first day. The second day it is barely noticeable. What a job this company did. Hard to believe they have been around so many years and I had not heard of them. I am now thinking of having the bathroom tiles resurfaced. Thank you Miracle Method for a great job. I just love my new kitchen!

Did great job on tub area, was not left very clean. The big problem I had was paint all over floors wood work and wall will have to repaint. My understanding everything was to be taped off if I knew he was not going too I would have done it for him. that's after he charged me $190 extra for more waiting time then work. I've been in the building for over 30 years I know how things work. THANK YOU

We had a great experience with customer service. We did not like the smell and the tape they used took our paint off. The guy doing the job put razors in our garbage disposal and broke it. They are replacing the garbage disposal but we need to repair the walls.

I had them over for a estimate, Came in time. He told me it would look like new,

The worker (Carlos) came at the rite time also. He install himself in the bathroom to refinish the bathtub. In the hold day he was there, he never let me go in the bathroom to inspect the work, said no. ,can't go.

After he was done he gave me the bill, I paid ans he said wait before you go in the room,

When I went I saw the fan he install to blow the air out hat broke the bottom of the window track.

The tub, I could not removed all the old glaze from the tub, so he spray over, some place is very rough,

2 weeks after I had some chips coming out ,I call the office ,she said it would be 500.00 each to fixe,

I never had them fixe it, You know why, thank you
