Fridholm Painting

This was part 2 of our kitchen face lift (part 1 was counter tops). We wanted to breathe life back into our tired circa 1987 kitchen cabinets that were in good shape. John and his team delivered! The Fridholm team were courteous, professional, and the finished product was excellent. See our before and after pics. We highly recommend.

John was clearly knowledgeable and professional when he gave me the estimate. We agreed on a date (about 7-10 days out). He came the day of the job to review the job with his crew. It is noteworthy that his crews have been with him for many years and it showed in their skill and attention to detail. They were SUPER courteous, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and they ensured I was happy with the work. They also will accommodate folks with health issues by wearing masks the entire time they are in you house. In a world where the vast majority of contractors either do not show up or do a unsatisfactory job, Fridholm Painting is top tier. Highly recommend.

They were able to get us on the schedule and have all work completed very quickly. Matt and Marcelo were so friendly and their work was beautiful. We used John Fridholm's services to have our home interior painted—walls, doors, and trim. Being new to the area, we first met with John in person and discussed our needs for the job. He provided a very fair estimate in a timely manner and we were able to have most of the job completed before our move-in date.

John and Jeanette communicated with us to verify the priority areas (bedrooms). To say the job exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The work is flawless. Bear in mind this home has plaster walls and nearly every wall was full of fasteners, nails, and screw. The team of painters smoothed and filled all of these flaws and now I am debating whether to hang anything on these pristine walls!

Two coats of Benjamin Moore paint was applied with a very high level of expertise. John came by to inspect the work, found a few things we didn't notice, and had his team touch up the very minor issues.

We can't believe what a difference this work has made for us in moving to our new home. We would recommend John Fridholm Painting to anyone looking for high quality painting in an age where skilled work is hard to find.

John and his crew did a fantastic job for us. They discussed and listened to what we needed done before, during and after the job was completed. I hired Fridholm Painting to paint the majority of the interior of my home and they did an amazing job! John and his crew are amazing! They showed up on time, worked as a team and cleaned up every day before leaving. We had multiple rooms painted including walls, ceiling and trim and it looks perfect. We have had Fridholm Painting complete both inside and outside painting projects for us. Both times it was very easy to coordinate appointments, the crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job on the painting, and cleaned up before they left. We hired Fridholm Painting to do a lot of detail work in a large room, including doors, trim, stair risers/stringers, banister, and windows. The doors and trim were previously stained brown, so it required extra sanding/detail work to change to white. They protected all furnishings and cleaned up, so it was spotless afterward.

Fridholm painting did an excellent, quick, efficient job! They painted our dark cabinets lighter and the result was more than I could have hoped for. Highly recommend!

We used Fridholm Painting for our deck. Less than a week after I contacted him he came out to take measurements and within a few days I had an emailed quote. John was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He helped me choose the stain that would work the best on the deck.

This summer was not cooperative in terms of weather, but the moment there was a dry spell long enough to get the deck done John had one of his guys here getting it done. The painter was efficient, did a great job, and left no mess. We will be contacting Fridholm again next year for a swing set we need stained.

Fridholm Painting removed several layers of wallpaper and a textured ceiling from our entryway, stairs, and hallway. They then repaired and painted those areas. We really appreciated the professional communication from John and Jeanette throughout the process. I had to reschedule twice because of unexpected issues on my end, and they were so patient and accommodating. Our space is now so much brighter and we are so happy with the way it turned out! We would definitely use Fridholm Painting again for future projects.

Our experience with Fridholm painting was excellent. In all phases of the project, appointments were conveniently scheduled and always kept. The project consisted of painting 3 interior rooms and 2 hallways, with minor drywall repair to fix dents, etc. A crew of 3 painters completed the project flawlessly and on schedule. We are very happy with the result and highly recommend them to anyone needing painting. We will certainly use them in the future for other projects.

Fridholm Paining did our interior - great room with 28' end walls and laundry/bath. I can attest they exceeded our expectations for professionalism, care and most importantly - expertise at their craft. We've had the same work done before by other contractors who substituted unskilled labor with marking tape, Fridholm staff have the skills and talents to cut crisp lines, paint/roll with uniform strokes, repair all previous imperfections and complete protection and clean up. Working as a team they were efficient and completed the job on time as promised. They were not the lowest bidder but were competitive and we feel we received great value for our money. Highly recommend them.
