Let me start first by saying that the employees at Viaero in valentine are the best to deal with. They are there for you anytime to help with what you need. they work so hard to do the right thing to meet your need. They even give you an at home feeling. Now to the cell service omg my hubby and I love it. We have service every where even when I go on my travels to others states. the service plans fits us well. thanks to the ladies at Viaero in Valentine I know our bill will not have anything on it or be more then what they said it should be around. To sum it up we like Viaero as a cell service but we love our home town Viaero.

This place SUCKS with a capital S.
They don't solve your problem in the store, they tell you to call corporate number. The number ishelpful.dont bother going to store, just fall the number.
They also lie to you about how much your phone will cost, then refuse to remedy the problem when you get your bill and its $100 more than what you were told in the store...repeatedly.
No one claims any responsibility for it.
I will never come here for service again,or recommend this business to anyone. Viero....more like liero.
