Very helpful, staff and quite a variety of products. Staff was very knowledgeable and worked very will with costumers for a speedy fix to a broke phone problem. I went in with the stipulations: android system, compact size, & I want to leave with it today. They went above and beyond, getting me a phone I love. They even helped me 2 days later when I thought the memory was full.

Bobby helped me with understand my account, even though I was not a customer from Valentine. He took his time and explained it to me. Very knowledgeable.

This is a small, fully authorized Verizon facility. We worked with Bobby. I have never worked withe a better Verizon associate in my life. Our phone situation was one that made no sense to any of us. But Bobby stuck with it and found a solution for us. Even though we couldn't understand the power source issues.
