The crew did a fabulous job washing my house. They were thorough, quick and courteous. My windows and screen were so clean I had to look twice to see if they were there. My whole house was beautiful after the washing.

From start to finish, Excel Maintenance South was amazing. In particular, Tim was highly communicative, attentive to detail and did an amazing job. We’ve owned our house for 5 years and this is the first time we’ve been happy with the power washing. Excel recently power washed our home and washed all the windows. House is directly across from the beach so sand and salt air are tough on the home. The house looks new! The windows are sparkling clean. They did a great job and I highly recommend them

I have used Excel for my twice (or more) a year window cleaning as well as my power screens. They do an amazing job for a reasonable price which includes screens in and out as well as storage. The staff is competent, prompt and friendly. A personal response from the owner, Tim, when necessary, lets me know he has his eye on his business and I am glad to support him.There are many small businesses in competition for this job in a shore community. I am glad they were recommended to me and I proudly recommend them to anyone. Job well done, guys! Tim and Excel softwashed and sealed our wood deck and dock. Some parts of the deck are from the 1970’s and needed a lot of TLC. They took their time to cover it thoroughly and it looks great!
