Lefty's Tavern

This is definitely my new favorite spot. I love the food, service, & atmosphere. They seriously execute this menu flawlessly. Great quality, flavor, proportions, & prices. Appears to be a very popular place amongst the locals. The penne vodka is superb. The lobster bisque is yummy, the fries are tasty, the chicken wings are scrumptious, the chicken quesadillas are good, & the lava cake is a decadent delight. Also the service is quick & attentive here. Plus the housemade blue cheese & ranch is delicious. P.S. The 2-5pm Tuesday-Friday Happy Hour deals are great for $5 wines & $5 well drinks & $2 miller lites & cheap bar apps available in the bar/high top area only. Had dinner Sunday & the Stuffed Chicken was delightful & plentiful. The fried calamari was great too. Service was amazing as usual.

We go here all the time to get drinks and get the bar food and all is always good. However, the most recent time was absolutely wonderful, mainly because we had dinner. I got a seafood dish that had pasta, shrimp and scallops in a Parmesan cream sauce... Absolutely delicious! And my husband had a Grouper Reuben; I've never seen him eat an entire meal.

Came in for an early dinner with my son. We arrived at 4pm. By the time we left there was a wait, and it's obvious why. The food was so good. The wings were delicious, and cooked perfectly. I had the scallops and my son had the cheese steak. Two very different meals and both absolutely incredible. Our waiter was so awesome and attentive as well. Would 100% come back.

We had a nice time at a family event. Great atmosphere for food and service. Especially enjoyed my creme brulee

We love coming here whenever we're at the Shore...generous portions, always hot and flavorful...and we love having tablecloths!

I treated myself to early dinner at Lefty's on Father's Day 2021 after reading some Google reviews. I was seated in the bar area which has a clean and contemporary look. My server, Tracy P., was pleasant and attentive. I ordered the Cioppino upon her recommendation and it was beyond outstanding. The best I've ever had. My dessert, apple crumb cheesecake, was good too.

Just a note to those who are quick to criticize every restaurant they try; If you go at or slightly after "rush hour" {like Saturday night at 8 PM} and/or with a huge group then you are a fool to expect perfection. Go before peak times with one or two people and you will be delighted with the result.

WOW what a meal and served by the friendliest staff. This restaurant/bar has come full circle. A must when looking for a great meal , or just hang out. All is good on the menu however the sandwiches are spectacular, grouper , steak , chicken , all incredible. If you don't go your missing out on a palatable delight. Thanks again Lefty's our go to for lunch or dinner or somedays both.

Their food is delicious. Now I feel like having an order of drunken clams. The atmosphere is friendly and cozy. The servers are always pleasant. I had my daughters bridal shower there and they did not disappoint. I will be dreaming of drunken clams!

My girlfriend and I had the most wonderful time at Lefty’s tonight. We’ve been looking for somewhere new to try and randomly found Lefty’s Tavern on Google. Our waitress, Nichole was so sweet and lovely to talk to. We got chips for an appetizer that were delicious as well as fresh, warm bread. I ended up ordering the Thanksgiving Dinner and it was amazing. It tasted like being surrounded by family at your favorite holiday. My girlfriend ordered the Penne Vodka and loved the sauce to pasta ratio as well as the slight spice. We got the crème brûlée and chocolate peanut butter cheesecake for dessert. The crème brûlée was truly the best I have ever had and the chocolate peanut butter cheesecake was out of this world. I cannot express enough how wonderful this meal was!

I had a a gathering of 30 there and the dis a spectacular job with serving the food. THE meals were hoy and very tasty...all at a reasonable price.

Absolutely fabulous food and service! A place to go on the weekend that is lively and fun! The service is outstanding!

Visited family at the Jersey shore for a week, and we went to Leftys 3 TIMES! Loved their stuffed shrimp over risotta (alot of risotta) and also the broiled scallops were delish!

Fresh made mozzarella sticks. Hand cut & breaded daily, best you'll ever eat! Amazing happy hour menu (all day on sundays!) Great wings & the cheese dip with pretzels is also great! Friendly staff & great prices.

Food was delicious and prices were not bad at all. Portions were a good size. We will definitely be back!

We hosted a private party at Leftys recently. The staff was very attentive to everyone. The food was excellent and they always had fresh food out right away. If you are considering using Leftys to host a party, don't think twice! We are very happy we did!

Beautiful place! We ordered to-go twice from here, and it was super easy. We didn't have to leave the car. The food was fantastic. The only complaint was that we were not given anything to eat with, but it was mostly my fault for not asking.

We've been to many Restaurants in our Shore area and Lefty's continues to be our Flagship due to their consistently Fresh Seafood, great Steaks, and Chops. And don't forget the excellent Service that never keeps you waiting. Tiffany has the best memory for what your usual is better than you do!

Fun vibe and great food and great service. Tried to go back the next day but it was a holiday and they were closed.

Sat at the bar and had dinner there. Drinks were tasty and the food was really good. The Manhatten chowder was on point and the steak made perfectly (medium rare). The bartender was friendly and had a good sense of humor. Will go back.

This was my first time there and my meal was absolutely delicious! The service and atmosphere was delightful too.
