What a great furniture store! They are so helpful and friendly, and they do an awesome job making sure you are comfortable with your decisions! Prices are very reasonable and they go out of their way to get the furniture you want even if it means they have to order it! I will always check here first for my furniture purchases! Now to win the lottery so I can get more of what I want!!

Excellent customer service ! Great selection if you are looking for something specific you'll find it here or they will get it for you . My wife and I recently purchased a sectional from Nelsen Furniture, we were helped every step of the way , they are very knowledgeable about every item in thier store. As we were looking for something very specific we assumed that it would be difficult to find , they made the whole process easy and painless , not only did we quickly find exactly what we wanted, it was delivered the next business day,if I need any home furnishings in the future this will be my very first stop !

Joann (sorry if wrong spelling) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking for a new mattress and box spring. Not pushy at all. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and my purchase.

Bought a house in town that had "new" flooring put in by Nelson's, it is separating and was improperly installed. Asked them for an estimate to fix it. They informed us we would have to pay full price to fix despite it being new because the 30 year warranty doesn't apply here? Never got the estimate. 🤷🏽‍♀
