I just have to say I've taken group classes before at other places.But I have got to say Tracy one of the instructors There is the absolute best.I have never felt more comfortable.More relaxed more in such a great mood when i'm in one of her classes.. Lord help hat place if she ever leaves.. Cause wherever she's going.I'm following best workouts ever. !!!

I felt like I needed to update my review of the works. Yesterday while working out I injured my back. I hobbled up to the front desk and they stopped everything they were doing and they attended to me immediately. The staff sat me down on the couch and propped my leg up. From there they contacted an ambulance and made sure I was extremely comfortable. The entire time all they could do is ask what they could do for me. Members were walking in but they stopped to make sure I was okay. I woke up this morning to an email from Stephanie. She's the manager of the gym. I simply responded by thanking her and her staff. She went and posted my email so her staff could see it. I am so thankful that she did that because that staff needs to understand how amazing they are. From the people who take care of all the maintenance in the building, to the people that keep it fresh and clean to where there's zero disease or filth anywhere in that gym, to the front desk staff that always greets you with a smile. A front desk staff that knows their members by name. Keep in mind there is well over a thousand people in this gym. They find a way to know your name and they find a way to make your experience as personable as possible. When you have tour guides like Doug and the rest of his team guiding you through your journey, just know the fact that there is a world of opportunity lying in these doors. I am the prime example of putting in hard work. Since I've started the gym back in July, I have lost a total of 80 lb. Again, if you have the commitment to your body, the works will take care of everything else. I promise. I again I just want to thank the staff and Stephanie for just being there for me yesterday.

I have been a member for 1 year. Best health club I have ever been to. I have had memberships all over and this is by far the best quality health club around NH that offers the most.

We just joined The Works after leaving a gym we loved because of the distance.
The staff is friendly and the facility is beautiful and clean.
A real standout for us has been the Small Group Training.
The instructors are certified and the classes are challenging, fun, and safe for all levels.
Caley and Darcy (the only two we've worked with so far) train with laser focus so each person performs with proper form and attention.
I took a few classes at a dedicated kickboxing gym decades ago, and Darcy's Heavy Hitters class is better than anything I've experienced in the past!

They have everything that a person needs for there family and themselves when it comes down to physical therapy and fitness. Awesome clean facility with amazing workers. Thanks for the awesome customer service and support.

Had my sons birthday party here and we did the day passes which was the better deal and then just did cake and ice cream and pizza at home. The kids loved being able to swim but we're sad that the water slide wasn't open. Customer service was excellent and can't wait to bring my kids back here.

I believe this was one of the best places I've ever had one of my kids bday parties.So much fun and helpful, friendly staff!

Absolutely love this place! Super friendly staff and clean/well maintained facilities. I also love that there is two indoor pools and plenty of open time to swim laps! Definitely recommend!

I feel safe working out here @ The Works. I enjoy Aqua fit usually 4 times a week @ 9:30. They have several classes to chose from which I enjoy I try one on Tuesday which someone told me that one of the instructors was in the hard level and I probably couldn't handle her class but she & Mary taught together. I found Hammani to be a great & fun instructor yes maybe a challenge for me but everyone needs a challenge. I love the works I have some issues this is the place for me!!! Great Team of people who work here!!!! I could go on all day but you need to check it out to see for your self

Great family friendly environment for getting in shape and having fun. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. I feel xomfortable exercises there even during the winter cold/flu/covid season.

Iv been a member here for awhile it may be a bit pricey but for what they have to offer you cant complain there facility is amazing I just wish I could get myself to the gym more lol

I love this place! So surprised it doesn't have better reviews! I joined over a year ago and go 2-3 a week to classes. My entire family enjoys the pools and my little ones love the playhut!!!

My son goes there loves it he works out,lifts weights,goes in the sauna,swims and plays basketball they have everything

The works is a wonderful gym, but it's so much more than that! The pools, basketball courts, racquetball courts, and all the cardio equipment and weights too. They have tons of classes too, and they are all included in the membership.
