Michael J. Tighe Park

Great playground! Well kept, and lots of stuff for the adults as well including some exercise equipment and basketball courts. Just an all around great park.

I’m not sure if they lock them during the off season, but there are restrooms here as well.

Freehold day at Michael J. Tighe Park was great. Free activity for everyone to enjoy. Vendors were there to give away free stuff.

Love the park! It is huge and has everything including SAND volleyball courts, and many, many other playgrounds, courts and fields. Time to add more pickleball courts, there are always long lines to play when the weather is decent.

Great park for the kids! There are so many different little areas for them to explore and play in. A good way to spend some time outdoors with the family.

Lots of lovely tree flowers and wildflowers to see during the spring. Bathrooms were very clean, and water from the fountain tasted clean—lots of paths and different sports fields and plenty of parking.

I really enjoyed this area and whole area. Beautiful paved walking area with multiple different parks for kids to stop at. Really cool obstacle course challenge. Clean park

Awesome park.. has something for everyone and every age. Basketball, skate park, football, baseball, soccer, swings, slides..and more.. plus has a really cool trailer in the back of the park.

Overall a very nice complex. Definitely needs more parking and lights on the soccer side off Jackson Mils road.

Went to the park with my daughter and grandson, who is a year old. He had fun walking on the sidewalks around the bathrooms which are new and very nicely designed. The play area is incredible by design and function. Plenty of room for many kiddies to enjoy. The play area also has a few swings and the area is bordered and mulched. Great use of our natural resources, but, that 'bumpy' ground scared my grandson so much he would not walk on it. (The younger children don't seem to trust walking on it.) So, we decided to take a walk around the track and he liked that smooth surface much better.
Great Park all the way through, from the walking trails to the sporting areas and all the fitness and playground areas this place is perfect for everyone to enjoy!
I recommend this park wholeheartedly and wish I could give it many more stars!

Great park with alot to keep the kids busy. But during the week, there's a camp with tons of children. It was crowded. I would go back but not during the camp season.

Nice fields, playground, gravel path for walking running or whatever. Bathrooms not open. Porta johns available

The former Liberty Oak Park from my childhood is better than ever. It is a staple in our family. Where my oldest son has gone to Rec Camp for 10 summers. Where my 5 yr old multiply disabled son can play on an all-abilities playground. Where my husband and I can have lunch and take a nice walk through the beautiful park. It is kept clean, safe & always updated while remaining a great place in nature.

Such a large area of parks, playgrounds, baseball fields, every outdoor sport room. Kept clean and neat. Even the bathrooms are clean, well kept and well light.

Good quiet clean friendly Park. They put on a lot of good events throughout the year (fireworks, car shows, concerts.) Splash pad. Skate park. Half mile walking/jogging track. I believe they also have an enclosed dog section in the back (converted softball field). Great park currently being updated.

The playground is perfect for little ones. The new updated snack restrooms build is great.

It's one of mine and my dog Princess favorite parks! Clean and seems like they have a handle on bugs...rarely see any. Always people there, so very open and public for safety.

Good park for kids to play soccer and have fun on the playground; it is usually clean, nice parents frequently visit with their children, and everyone is friendly. The service is also excellent

This is absolutely one of our most loved parks to go to. Alot to do. Several play grounds for the children to play on. Everyone is friendly with each other's children. I do have one concern. We were there today. There are several bolts that are above the wood. Not flush. If a child trips and falls that could be dangerous. God forbid fatal depending on where they hit. I can't attach photo otherwise I'd show.

We love this park it’s huge. Multiple different fields and play grounds, work out parks and trails.
