Rite Aid

I love going to Rite Aid for all my pharmacy needs and any other items i need including vitamins and snacks. I just recently had my flu and covid shots and they were very caring and awesome

Once the new building went up, things are safer around the parking lot. I've never had a bad customer service issue here. A+++

Very convenient 24 hr store. We needed an antibiotic for my granddaughter and this was wonderful to be able to have it filled in the evening time when all others are closed. Nice store. Only draw back is the homeless and drug users who approach you asking for money.

Can’t say a ton about the Pharmacy, but as for the store itself, all the employee’s are fantastic. Everyone is so nice and willing to help; the Manager is a really cool guy!
I came in tonight after work because I was scared to walk home by myself so late at night and needed somewhere safe to wait for my Uber. A very nice security guard said hello to me when I walked in to buy some stuff. It was a longer than usual wait for a ride, and when he saw me waiting alone outside, he came out and began to chat with me! He wanted to know if I was safe and getting a ride home, and kept me company almost the entire time. Such a nice guy; i believe his name is Fred. He came out again when the Uber arrived & made sure I got in safe & sound. Such a great guy!
Again, the staff is lovely. Sure there might be some homeless people panhandling in the front sometimes, but the staff can’t really control that so it’s not their fault. And those are people too! It doesn’t hurt to be kind and give someone in need a bottle of water or juice, but that’s a different shpeal for another day.

The store always is clean and has what I want and is basically always open they only aren't open when they have Staffing problems occasionally at night and there might go to place every day I would definitely recommend them over other pharmacies for sure!

So impressed with this Rite Aid, Pharmacy and Non-Pharmacy employees/services. The employees were always very friendly and helpful. I frequented this store for various needs and was always given a warm welcome. The Pharmacy is brilliant, I'm sure accidents happen, but after living in 5 towns and regularly filling prescriptions in various pharmacies this is the most efficient and helpful pharmacy I have EVER been to. Doug and Derek in the pharmacy are awesome, they both and others went above and beyond to help me figure out some prescription issues unrelated to Rite Aid. Their patience is admirable. I also received my 1st COVID shot here, the process was easy, efficient, and professional. I really felt like the staff in all departments truly cared about their customers. Also, great offers and deals through the Rite Aid Membership.

Never had bad experiences with this location. Easy and convenient!

I have to say, for it being one of the only 24hr pharmacy-store in the area, is always kept really clean, and the associates are always super helpful.

I struggle sometimes with social anxiety and I was treated with the utmost respect when I went into this Rite Aid they not only help me find exactly what I needed but they got me in and out of there and under five minutes I don't knowabout these other people's experiences but I've been shopping at this store since I was a young girl and this store is a drastic improvement to the west side.

Both the pharmacy and the store are open 24 hours, so I can fill emergency prescriptions any time of day
