Myers Mortuary

Myer’s Mortuary was wonderful from beginning to end in planning my beautiful mothers funeral service. Kurtis Wilkinson was our funeral director. He was wonderful to work with. He was so kind, patient and attentive. He lead us through each step and listened to our thoughts and wishes. He is genuinely kind and gifted with a compassionate heart.
Also Emily went above and beyond to make sure details were handled flawlessly. She put so much effort into making sure the program was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. (There were lots of drafts til it was perfect). We were so pleased.
I know there were many hands at Myers Mortuary taking care of all the details because everything went so smooth. We were very appreciative of all the service and extra care they gave.

I couldn't have asked for a more caring kind loving and supporting place to bring my mom and have her laid to rest. Kurtiss was very kind and helpful to our family. So is everyone there. If ever the time comes again I would choose Myers Mortuary.

When our mother passed away, she had specified we use Myers Mortuary for her services. As usual, mother knew best. The planning was simple and straightforward, all communications were handled without flaw, the price was reasonable for the service we received and everything was done with compassion and respect. I hope to never plan another funeral, but if I do, I know that Myers would be a good choice.

Myer’s Mortuary were very caring and helpful recently when my father passed away. Funeral Director Ken Borup was very attentive to my mother and the rest of the family. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and provided comfort at a time of great sorrow. My family even received helpful tips for next steps after a loved one passes on which were very timely and eased some of the great anxiety which can set in. Everyone has been so wonderful and patient with us during this process. Ken has been willing to help any time you need him whether it is answering questions or talking you through processes. He has been very kind and patient. He was completely adaptable to our needs as they arose and was happy to accommodate us on a second's notice. Ken's compassion and dedication and kindness has been overwhelming. I am absolutely pleased with everything they have done for myself and my family. I will be back to preplan my services.

The folks at Myers in Brigham City are amazing. Especially Laurie Abraham. She is absolutely the best funeral director we could imagine. She is very professional while at the same time gentle and caring. She really has a way about her of taking care of the details and made many great suggestions for how to make the tribute to our loved one extra special. We never felt pressured into doing anything too costly, but they have the ability to make the funeral and burial exactly how you would like it to be. Laurie went above and beyond to support us and make it as easy as possible. We felt like the staff were right there when we needed them, but also stepped back at exactly the right times. She was very aware of the young children during the services and helped them feel involved so that it wasn’t scary for them. She helped them so that they would have good memories to look back on as they go through the grieving process in months and years to come. Words are inadequate to express how grateful we are to the wonderful people at Myers.

The staff at Myers in Brigham City was absolutely amazing. So extremely kind and caring to our family. We suffered a great loss just before Christmas and they really took great care of us. Laurie and Ken and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They walked with us through this process. We are extremely grateful we had the whole team at Myers with us during our time of sadness. Thanks for all you did for our family.

Our thanks to Ken Borup and the professional team. We had a very meaningful memorial for Dad last year and now again this week for Mom. They paid expert attention to every detail and assisted us in the entire process with compassion. We received the best possible service for which we are very grateful.

My father passed away suddenly and it was hard to even think about planning a funeral. When my siblings and I met with Laurie the first time to plan everything she made it so easy. Her kindness and professionalism in the way she handled the meeting was very calming and reassuring. She helped us through the process step by step. We were very saddened by the lose of our father but Myers Mortuary helped us through it and continue to help.

When our mother passed away one evening in May 2022, the nurse contacted Myers Mortuary as this is where mom had made previous arrangements. Ken and his assistant arrived punctually. Very professional but very considerate and kind. The next couple of days were spent on the phone and in their offices. Ken was so patient as I picked out a casket, cards, and poem. They prepared the obituary from information I provided using their questionnaire. As we needed to take mom to Nebraska for burial they provided everything we needed and made arrangements with a mortuary in Nebraska. I didn’t have to worry about paying for newspaper obits or other services. Myers handled all arrangements. I’m very grateful to them.
