I was new to the world of modern firearms when I started coming here, and bought my first modern handgun from them. They were nothing but respectful, informative, helpful, and very very friendly. I never feel like I’m inconveniencing Jeff or Michelle (I think that’s her name), and they always greet me like they’ve known me my whole life. My only criticism, and I’m only saying this for the sake of total honesty, is that their selection of handguns is small. That’s it, that’s my only “issue” with their amazing establishment. I look forward to remaining a customer here long term. Keep up the awesome work guys!

I was looking for a very specific item & could not find it on my own. I reached out to Michelle & put her on the case!! Initially, she thought she had found what I needed but she very quickly recognized it as a scam. Fast forward almost 18 MONTHS later- she found what I wanted. She contacted me immediately & there was only ONE available (in another state.) She contacted the dealer & had him hold onto it for me until I made a decision. I am so grateful to have what I want and appreciate the level of customer service here. She also made the entire process incredibly easy. Jeff has already told me the expectations he has before I leave with my purchase. Personally, I'm grateful for the time & effort they put into their customers.

Being a first time buyer for a pistol there are numerous questions I had and lots of paperwork that came with it. J&J guns was a very laid back environment that had all the answers and guidance I needed to purchase my first pistol. I will definitely be returning for further business to this small, family owned store.

I went there having very little knowledge of fire arms of any kind. They were extremely friendly and discussed with me what I'm looking toward and offering suggestions of what would fit my need. Owners are friendly and they don't pressure you to buy anything. You feel like pulling up a chair and hanging out with them. If you want something special they will explain things and make sure you get what you want.
