Carthage Walk-In Clinic

From walking in, to walking out, every staff member was polite and took adequate time with my family members. The nurse and doctor both listened to what the symptoms were and didn't just brush us off as being a "viral cold." I would recommend anyone to go there.

Always an amazing experience. Took my kids here when they were sick. In and out in less than 45 minutes. So lucky to have this convenient access to urgent care right here locally.

I have used Carthage Walk In Clinic twice in the last few weeks, and can't say enough good about my experiences! They were quick, efficient, friendly, and extremely competent. After being seen at this clinic, I will not go anywhere else! After waiting what seems like eons at other clinics and UC's, it was like a breath of fresh air at Carthage Walk In!! Kudos!!!

Everyone working was very nice, which is rare lately at most other places! I was in and out within 10 or 15 minutes, the place was very clean, and the NP was so helpful. All in all a great experience which was much appreciated.

Receptionist, nurse , and PA were all so kind, proficient, quick and great. The absolute best care received. Husband and I would give 10 stars if possible. Highly recommend

I was seen today and the receptionist was very polite. The nurse and PA Tim was awesome. Rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely go there again.

I went to the walk in clinic. I was treated very kindly. My wait time was very minimal. I was seen and my concerns were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Great job .. Thank you

This was by far the best walk-in experience I’ve had anywhere. Friendly staff, spotless rooms and our health provider, Martin, was wonderful. Hopefully we don’t need to, but if so, I won’t hesitate to bring my kiddos to this walk-in again.

I recently submitted a survey through email but thought it was for the hospital so it was incorrect. This clinic is awesome, took care of me and explained my after care perfectly. Highly recommend

Walk in clinic

Quick and caring treatment by P.A. He was excellent. P.A. explained things clearly. Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Nurse had no bedside manner and was very unfriendly. She was the negative if my experience.

The nurse and receptionist were polite but the provider Ashley was so rude the minute she walked into the room. She was so condescending from the first word out of her mouth and acted like me being there was an inconvenience to her. Total opposite from the other provider I saw there.

Was great after we finally got in to the place after calling in receptionist was great. Then went downhill from there was rude condescending. Made to regret walking into the place. Nice part was it was a very fast paced in and out. We got what we needed . Was very clean

Absolutely do not go here. The receptionist is very friendly but nobody else acts like they want to be there. I went yesterday and still have not had a prescription called in for me and can not get anyone to answer my calls. They are also very rude and act like their patients are an inconvenience. Do not recommend.

These people were AWFUL! I took my 3 year old autistic son there today for a rash on his legs. The provider came in, poked the rash, checked his airway and said it looked more like ring worm to her than an allergic reaction but wanted him to take Benadryl anyway. I told her he won’t take it, we can’t get him to take medicine orally. She insisted he did anyway (btw not once EVER ASKING HIS HISTORY or she would have known he was autistic and immune compromised). So then the nurse comes in with NO MASK and tries to get my son to take the medication I told her also that he will not take it. She stood there looking at him for like 5 mins and then said “well I’m not sure what else to do. I will let her know”. The provider comes back in and says again that he should take the medicine and I said I am NOT holding him down and forcing it on him. Her reply? “Well then I have nothing for you, you are free to go. If he gets worse take him to the ER” and storms out of the room. So UNPROFESSIONAL! What a nightmare

This morning I stopped by to get checked out shortly after 7am before work when it says they open. I called once in parking lot as sign on building directs. Receptionist answered and tells me technically they're not open because they have no nurse. So I asked is there no Dr as well? Much to ny surprise I was told the Dr DOES NOT no how to do what the nurse does and the nurse doesn't no how to do what the Dr does! So my choices are to wait it out until management decides to get back to her - or Ops they're closed until they get a nurse! I am shocked usually this place is pretty good.

Almost 2hrs waiting at a walk in clinic and it opened at 9 mind you and sitting in a car when it's cold out give me a damn break this is ridiculous!!!!!
