Carthage Dental Care ( Dr Jin W Song)

I bring my 10yr old twin daughters here for braces, they both have a super tiny mouth, which is preventing their other teeth from coming in. They have been going since Oct, and we have seen some amazing results, making room for their teeth to come through. I can't say enough about how my family is treated, they make us feel like family. With the results we have already seen, I can't wait to see the end results. Very pleased with everything!

Every trip to Carthage dental care has been a pleasant experience for me. The staff if comforting and the Doctor is very skilled at her work. There is a wonderful view from the treatment room, and the atmosphere is very appealing. I recommend this office to anyone in need of dental work of any sort.

I had a wonderful experience there ! They fixed my front tooth that was cracked and you can't tell the difference looks perfect! They were professional and very comforting! I am now a returning customer for cleanings or anything I need done ! Thankyou so much for the great experience and care 😊

I enjoyed going to the office. Staff was always friendly and Dr. Song always went over and beyond for my children and I. My next dentist is going to have some issues because I like to think I was spoiled by her and Amy. Love those people

I have had quite a bit of dental work done. Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Song makes me feel very comfortable. Never had a bad experience.

I have been going here for 4 years and I have extremely high anxiety and done an extremely well job helping me through my experience here and I would not go anywhere else I have gotten several teeth pulled with her and of course there's pain with anything you get done but people might confuse pain with pressure because after you get numbed that's all there is and if you are having pain lether know and she will known you more love her and I am gonna continue coming here

Doc is very caring of her patients, my favorite dentist by far, her office staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend this dental practice.

Horriable! I went in to have a tooth pulled and some fillings done. This dentist is extremely rough, and she started drilling before I was numb. I started twitching from the pain she said "Shhh, it's you're doing well." At one point she put me almost upside down in the chair to get to my upper teeth. She then rinsed out my mouth with water, which went into my nose and started burning, then she rested her elbow on my face. A few months later one of those fillings has fallen out. I will not be going back there!
Update: 6 months later, and yet another one of those fillings has fallen out.

This dentist is incredibly unprofessional. We're filing a formal complaint with the state because she missed a cavity, which we noticed the next day. When we brought the issue to her, she said she wouldn't continue the exam because she had missed it before? Very odd.

Do not go to her. She pulled my tooth when it was so infected. I felt everything. Worse experience ever!
