From start to finish, my appointment was smooth and quick. Everyone was friendly and professional. Always a great experience.

I went in two days in a row for glasses for myself and then my fiancee, and worked with John the optician both days. He got us in right away both days and he was helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and patient even though it was obviously a busy day for everyone working there. He never once tried to sell me on anything I didn't want, which was a wonderful change from the "car dealer" mentality that I've always dealt with in the past. Overall it was the best experience I've had buying glasses.

I went in to the Norwich store and received the best care from everyone in the store! They helped me select the perfect pair of glasses and sun glasses by matching my face shape with the best frames! I would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family! We are so lucky to have this gem in our little community! My experience left me feeling like a queen!

Great experience. Great if you just need new glasses or contacts at this time. Eye doctor is remote, but amazing how far technology has come. All eye equipment is state of the art, and the eye doc is able to test your vision remotely, and change lenses in the screening machine that you look through to read the eye chart. Great, friendly and caring staff.

I didn’t have to sit and wait very long and the associates were very nice and helpful. They were not pushy for me to buy glasses or contacts.

Visionworks in Norwich is a great place to get new glasses and sunglasses. They were friendly, quick, and easy to work with. My glasses came in fast and they helped me try them on and adjust them to my liking. I am very indecisive when it comes to picking out frames. The staff there helped me out a lot and there is a good variety. Highly suggest going there.

Vision works of Norwich NY is amazing. Anytime I have needed new glasses due to someone stealing them(don't laugh it has happened twice) or just need a new pair they are always right there helping me get in asap and helping me pick out a pair that work for my creative side. I even went to Florida for a couple of months and needed new glasses and Will remembered my style and picked out a pair for me that were perfect. Their new technology and telehealth is amazing and I feel makes a big difference with the exams. They were even nice and took time to explain to me what was going on with my eyes. If your looking for a place with great staff and huge variety and a place that makes you feel like family then I highly recommend VisionWorks of Norwich NY.

I broke my glasses . My usual Doctor was closed for the day ! Went to Vision Works in Norwich NY. They not only repaired my glasses but did not charge me ! Wow , you guys saved the day ! Great customer service , very attentive and polite, I even got to catch up with an old friend who works there . So AWESOME !

I have been a customer since this facility opened originally in Norwich. I have always found the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have always been happy with the variety and selection of frames as well as pricing for my vision needs. I recommend them as a vision center that strives to give you what you need and make you feel comfortable in the process.

I've never had a bad experience with Visionworks. Always pleasant people and decently quick service, only so much you can ask from people, I've never and will probably never get my glasses from anywhere else!

Love the doctor! He is social and knowledgeable. I always get in and out in a timely manner. I even got my glasses the same day because they cut the lenses right there if they have it in stock!

Service was great, especially for the type of area. Brad was welcoming and tried his best to to find a screw for my catier, then gave me directions to a place that did have them. Thank you Brad

I had a great experience with Norwich Visionworks. From the moment I walked in, through my eye check up to picking out my glasses, everyone that worked there was friendly and professional.

I love vision works been going to them since the 5th grade that 11 years ago only been to one place and that’s bc shurburne school goes through the place on the corner by Matthews ford for replacing glasses that are broke in school. But I actually got my fiancé glasses through you guys too highly recommend you guys to everyone, also calling tomorrow or Tuesday to see if I can get a replacement pair due to my daughter
