AT&T Store

This store is always so helpful and always fix whatever issues we have. Brandon is the sweetest most helpful gentleman and is the only one I will work with. He will spend as much time with you as you need and will fix everything for you until you are satisfied. Brandon will recommend things that make your phone operate better. I can't say enough good things about him. He is the best! The manager of this store is also very polite and helpful.

3/4/34 Today we went in to get new phones and had the greatest experience with Jesse. He went above and beyond to get us the best plan that met our needs, answered all our questions, was so patient, friendly, courteous, and just a pleasure to work with. He always greets you with a smile and treats you like you’re his best friend. He won’t leave you hanging and won’t let you leave u til you are 100% satisfied and comfortable with your phone.

Brandon and Jesse are the best in this store! It’s about time this store had great people!

Amanda and Cassandra are a great team. Always a pleasure working with those ladies. The guys on staff know their stuff and the store is always clean. Excellent turn around in that place over the last year.

Had a great experience here the other day upgrading my iPhone. Cassandra was super helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and made the entire transaction seamless. Had me out in no time with my new phone totally updated. Rest of staff was very friendly as well. Would absolutely recommend and would not hesitate to return there with my business. 10/10

The people working in the store in Norwich are always helpful. They are pleasant all the time, even with older customers who have no idea what they’re doing! Wonderful service. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone!

I used to have other cell providers but where I live only att works. If I have a problem I go straight to the store where their manager has an awesome team of people waiting to help. No one pressures you into anything and they offer every deal they can. They fix my cell phone every time it isn't working properly and they are super nice and caring when they do it. I don't know about every att store but this one is great

I came in to the store in the morning right around opening time for a SIM and I figured it would be pretty empty. I was wrong but I got to see how Amanda the store manager worked through four customers masterfully all by herself. None of us waited too long and everyone left happy that their situation or need was taken care of. Kudos to Amanda, she really amazed me with her professionalism, knowledge and friendliness.

I love the team here. They're knowledgeable, efficient and best of all personable. Randy helped me this last time I was in store, I recommend him as a tech 🙌

Fantastic staff, I had to buy a new phone for the first time in several years, and truthfully had no idea what was new in the world of phones. They worked with me for about an hour answering all my questions. Best of all they weren't pushy. I got a new phone that I really enjoy. I have had a few questions since that came up and they not only helped me out with, but remembered me from before. It genuinely seemed like they appreciate their customers and I am glad I went in person instead of ordering a phone online and hoping for the best.

Amanda is just lovely. The sweetest little thing. So thankful for the improvements she has made to the Norwich store.
