I needed fast, friendly service for college dorm storage and I found it here! They offered a discounted rate for a few months and they even threw in a free lock for my storage unit! I'm very happy :)

Great place and good prices. Madison was amazing and extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and was just so kind, we loved working with her. Never lose this girl, it’s rare when you see someone who enjoys their job these days.

Heather is amazing! This women deserves a raise. I had some issues with my unit and she was quick to help me and super friendly and very informative. 5 stars to her and 5 stars to cache valley storage. Highly recommend their facilities

I've known I needed a storage unit this fall for a few months - I'd called and gone in to the office received great help and they answered all my questions. It will the first storage rental I've ever done - there were a lot of questions. I was finally ready and when I stopped in to get it all set up I got great assistance clear detailed information about what to expect now it's time for my next adventure with a storage unit for a little window of time.

I needed a storage unit to keep my things in while I was moving apartments. It was super easy to rent a unit online. The staff was wonderful when communicating with me, they were incredibly helpful and friendly. I would definitely rent here again.

I needed a storage right now and had contacted other storage facilities and was faced with everything from no response at all, no one there to answer my call, one not knowing what they had available or what size any of the units were, to outright rudeness in telling me that there were no units available. Then I called Cache Valley Storage. My call was answered immediately by a very nice lady who answered my questions and said of course they had a unit for me and that they would send someone to the North Logan facility to show me the unit! The girl that came was very nice and even called me to apologize for being a few minutes late for our meeting! Needless to say, I rented the unit immediately and am very grateful for Cache Valley Storage’s excellent customer service and super nice people!😁

The office staff are very friendly, and helpful. The uhaul I was rented was a real wreck, though. I was a bit disappointed since there were a few other much newer trucks available, and the one I got was clearly the oldest and most beat of the bunch.

I was so nervous about getting a storage unit but I was helped by the sweetest woman! She walked me through every step and talked me through the process very well! She is so sweet and I would highly recommend working with her and talking to her about anything! She made my worries go away!

I've had multiple positive experiences with Cache valley storage and I have rented several U'huals from them. They are so helpful every time making sure it's hooked up correctly and we're good to go.

Madison was very prompt at answering my questions. I have used them over 30 times in the past 7 years for U-Haul storage and the customer service at the office is exceptional.

I was able to book online quickly and pay for it through my phone also. The pictures of how big the units may be is a little misleading, kinda panicked when I first opened it up, but everything thanks to some good stacking skills! Thank you for making it so easy and available. -Karl

Great place to store your things for however long you need. Surpringly cool inside during 90 degree weather. Coded gate. Moving, storing supplies inside, but the best part of storing with Cache Valley Storage is the GREAT employees, like Madison!

Kailey was super friendly and helped me find the perfect sized storage unit. I mean it really was simple and easy! Super thankful for her help!

I have liked working with Cache Valley Storage. There have been a few mistakes, but they were quick and kind to fix them. Clean and affordable spaces to rent. Would recommend them to anyone!

Just to let everyone know, the review written by Brian Anderson about this business is a pile of crap and that this business doesn't reflect anything he said. He has sour grapes because he didn't think he need to pay his bill on-time and because of that there are late fees which is spelled out in the contract. Call EKS anytime and you will find very helpful and friendly people who care about their customers and their concerns.

The representative was awesome. I think your pricing is too high compared to the rest of the valley and your security is much lower than any other place. But I am in desperate need of one.
