Have never been to this office but needed a sick visit for my child when the peds office couldn’t get them in. Had a pleasant experience calling to make the walk in appointment and everything went quickly and smoothly during the appointment. The nurse and the provider Sarah were caring and kind and really listened. Very appreciative to get the appointment and then have such a great experience.

Dr. Villapiano is awesome!!! She is extremely busy and it's hard to get into see her at times but with good reason. She doesn't convolute what she's saying with a lot of medical jargon I can't understand but tells me what's going on in straightforward language. She is also very empathetic and understanding which is rare these days even within FHN (not that none of the other Dr.'s in the office posess these skills but there are some that do not).

Highly recommend this doctor’s office. The staff are always professional and my doctor cares. I was a patient at another doctor office since birth, but changed to Family Health Network and I finally have a doctor who listens and treats all my needs.

Most people are very friendly AJ in the front is the sweetest and Nikki is the best she truly does amazing with her patients

Dr. Villapiano cares about her patients and has gone above & beyond for me on more than one occasion.

Been to this place several times. The staff and doctors have always been helpful and polite .

This place is obviously too busy and doesn’t seem to be able to keep staff. I’ve had 4-5 different PCPs in the fast few years. Saw the endocrinologist once before he quit. Too busy to answer refill calls. I’d recommend going elsewhere

Years ago I loved control FHN. My doctor at the time was Dr. White and she was amazing. If you came in and she was running late they would let you know if it was over 30 they gave you the option to reschedule. I have been going to FHN for almost 17 yrs back when the office was still in the hospital.Well today I came waited an hour then got put in a room to wait more. Spent over 2 hours there to see the doc for 5 min and leave. The doc was rude and I think it’s time to find a new doctor office if this is the new norm.

When Jessica Lee was here, I swear she was the super glue to that office. Since she has left, the bed side manner down to the receptionist just went right out the window. I was diagnosed with covid-19 and called terrified with symptoms I had never had before, and with a terrible attitude Jamie had placed me on hold until the line just hung up. Finally I call to make my post appointment, and she’s like “you’ve done a lot of no call no shows” I haven’t even made an apt in over a year. Since my primary left. It really sucks because they used to be so good, but now I 100% do not recommend.

Long waits even when you have an appointment. Also in the 2 and half years I've been with this pratice theyve lost several doctors and had to change doctors.

Great support staff, but I didn't care for any of the doctors I encountered. I won't be back.

One of the worst places I ever been. They thought I was making up the bad reaction to my meds.

While I'm there this place isn't bad. Nurse I've had is friendly and makes it pleasant. Anything outside of being there takes forever and contacting 3-5 times for it finally get done. Things that are needed repeatedly are ignored if you're calling for anything from prescriptions to necessary documents for other procedures.

I have been a patient of FHN for 25 years. I used to be seen at the Moravia office, until I moved to Cortland. Huge mistake. After Dr. White left, along with Dr. Dill the place has really fallen apart. Every time that I ask for something as simple as an order for bloodwork I can't seem to get it. I've been calling for 7 days in a row. Still no order. Results also take forever even with repeated phone calls to the office requesting said results. Forget sick appointments too. Go to convenient care instead. The provider turn over rate is soo high that you can't even count on having a stable one to keep up with your needs. Pathetic. Time to move on to a different PCP.

I do NOT recommend this place at all. They obviously don't know what they're doing or have any clue on patient services. For some reason they never have answers as to why they keep screwing up scheduling. After being in the hospital and wrongly scheduled twice now. They're really just ignoring patients and the care needed. I hope to find a new doctor and office that can provide at least bare minimum help. These people just don't care
