I was impressed with the service Kenny provided in pumping our 1000 gallon & 500 gallon septic tanks. I took responsibility for putting the service far down on my to-do list. I was in need of having my septic tank cleaned, when I called Lakeshore Septic Service. I was met with great customer service with every employee I encountered. They had great prices and responded in a timely manner. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I called on a Tuesday to have my septic pumped out and they arrived the very next day for service. Kenny called 10 minutes prior to arrival as a courtesy call, which was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable, I would give him a raise. I would recommend Lakeshore to anyone.

Called for a routine septic tank drain service. The driver, David, was extremely professional and charismatic. He even gave me some helpful advice about an ash tree hanging over my house that didn’t look too good. The woman I spoke to in the office was great to deal with as well.

Six days before Christmas ours Septic system ceased to function. Panic time. We called Lakeshore Septic Services at 8AM and Dave showed up at our door by 10:30. What a life saver. We have nothing but praise for the job that he did. Very efficient and he checked all aspects of our tanks, pumped it out and left us very happy customers. Will definitely use them in the future. Called to schedule a septic tank cleaning. They had someone in my immediate area and was out within hours, even though I assure the office it was not a rush and could be fit in anytime.. Fast service, and the serviceman was very friendly. We will call them come time for a system upgrade.

Extremely and I mean extremely knowledgeable people. I had my tank pumped late June 2017, Apollo the driver was courteous and very professional, explained each step of the pumping process, which was actually very interesting (I'm sure 99% of others wouldn't want to hear about it or even be in the immediate area) They will even send a reminder when it's time to get your septic tank pumped out. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted.

Recently moved into our property that had been vacant for 3 plus years and come to our knowledge the tank had not been pumped in some 25 plus years. I called right at 8am in hopes that we could be pumped today as it was Friday and we wouldn't be able to stay in our home and even use the bathroom for the weekend. Within the hour they had rearranged some things and had someone here at 11:30! David our service guy was very pleasant even with the unpleasant job he just uncovered with all of the roots, solids upon solids and then broken baffles. Talk about pleasant professional and accommodating service Lakeshore will be the only ones we use again! Highly reccomended by us! Thank you again David for your hard work!

I had my septic tank back up today and they bent over backwards to make sure we didn’t have to go the weekend with in not working. They worked so hard and late to make it happen I can not express enough how great they are. You don’t need to go any father, these are the people for you.

Had my tanks pumped 2 weeks ago… I have (2) tanks, 1000gal & 800gal… Driver charged me for (2) 1000gal tanks when I corrected him and even offered to show him the survey he said: “Take it up with the office”… Also, I left hoses out for him to rinse the tank which he never did and dragged suction hoses across the lawn leaving a pretty little sewage line… Do yourself a favor, Use Meyers Septic which I used to use and never had a problem… I guess you “Live & Learn…😟

Company agreed to dig up caps and pump take clean filter. driver showed up and pulled hose through my garage, something no other company has ever done. dug up one cap (about 25" down) and pumped main tank. driver left without digging second cap or cleaning filter. also charge more than 3 times what they quoted on the phone to dig knowing they were leaving it open so risers could be installed. owner claims they will not complete the job until we pay someone else to dig the second cap.

Job was charged at full price plus added digging fee and only half done. refused refund of any kind and hung up on me.

I had to call so many times just to get them to come out and use a dye pack to find my septic system. They never called me back to dig it up and pump it out…

Septic was pumped out in a timely fashion, referred a relative for a new septic tank and a leach bed 3 yrs. Later still not completed
