Looks to me that the negative reviews here are with the Health Center rather than this physician....He has been my primary for several years. I find him to be personable ,energetic and thorough.

I am 83.6 yrs old. and lost my primary care doctor. Both doctors Digiovanna and Bionnti have refused to accept me. (Due to over population of patients) Don't have a lot of time to find a good doctor in the Cortland NY area. Would appreciate it if they would reconsider their decision!

After almost 20 years going to this office for my primary they just dropped me as a patient without warning and wouldn’t do anything about it. Now I am without a primary doctor.

Pushed me to take dangerous medication and endlessly lectured me on how irresponsible I was for not wanting to. Ended up dismissing my health concerns and doing the bare minimum.
