I worked with Lou and Sherri in May 2023 and I'm very happy to recommend them. First, Lou and Sherri did everything they said they would do, and kept the project on time. I was coordinating a fence replacement at the same time so staying on time was very important. They actually finished a day early. Second, the house looks great (and it still does). Lou and Sherri were super easy to work with and made the process seamless. They even threw in a color consultant to help me with the color choice. I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Nassau County.

First let me begin by saying that a 5 star rating doesn't adequately illustrate the number of stars this company should be rated. From my initial in-home consultation with both Lou and Sherri, I knew from the onset, this experience would evolve into something very special. My painting project consisted of 2 separate proposals for both exterior and interior work. Once I fully reviewed my proposals and realized that they included every, and I do mean every aspect of the job, I said there was no need to comparison shop elsewhere or illicit estimates from the competition. The job was expected to be completed within 6 days barring weather and boy did they knock it out the park. The work team consisted of site Supv Willy and his crew Angel and Santos, who performed their individual tasks flawlessly. They each worked continuously from their early A.M. arrival each day, to their late afternoon departure allowing only for a brief respite for lunch. On the final project day, Willy and I performed a visual and a hands-on inspection of all facets of the projects. All home furnishings that were covered were left intact with no damage or paint smear. I must reiterate how impressed I was with the overall clean-up process as the three worked diligently to instill all was beyond satisfactory. I now have every intention of recommending this company to all my friends and family in the near future who are in need of a paint project. My Christmas holiday visitors have all raved about how impressed they were with the quality workmanship and attention to detail, and I dare to say I expect many of them to utilize your services based upon my recommendation. Great job power washing our tall home at the start of winter. Lou’s team did a great job transform the house to very clean, and obtained extra tall ladders for necessary areas near the roofline. I had installation blown in. 150 holes were made to do this work. I called CertaPro and spoke to Louis Federico and told him about the holes and painting of the walls. He came looked, made notes and sent an estimate which I found to be extremely reasonable. The crew that was sent to do the work were phenomenal! I was amazed that in 2 days all the work was completed. They left my home spotless! I highly recommend them and if I decide to paint outside, I will not hesitate to call them!

When the exterior of my house needed to be painted, the logical choice was CertaPro Painters of Nassau County. I have known owner Lou Federico for many years through our mutual involvement in Roslyn Chamber of Commerce. His men were extremely neat, on time, and responsive to feedback. Our colonial has shingles, some of which had wear and tear. His painters gave them the TLC that they needed to look great. I am very happy with the finished product, and I have already recommended CertaPro to a neighbor.

CertaPro power washed my cedar siding and put on a transparent stain. Job came out excellent and the house looks great again. Job was done correctly and professionally and on time. Would recommend Ceta Pro to neighbors and friends.

I highly recommend CertaPro Painters and would use their services again. We have hired them at least three times over the years for our bedrooms, dining room, and bathroom. Marco was the painter each time. He gave accurate estimates, showed up on time, did a great job repairing cracks, was always very careful, and left everything clean. He and his company are very easy to work with. Of course, there are always others you can hire for less money. But don’t expect the excellent quality work and service we got from CertaPro.

My wife and I were so pleased with the CertaPro exterior paint job on our house by Lou. His on-site crew headed up by Marcus was great and they were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely professional, hard-working and they paid attention to detail. We will absolutely use them again for future paint jobs!

I was very satisfied with the entire process from the initial quote to the end of the project. The company was prompt with giving me a start date for the project which included: pressure washing the whole house, painting the front vinyl shakes and railing. Job well done. They painted the exterior of my home. Very Satisfied with them. I like that the quote was quick and very detailed, everything clear from the very beginning. Crew got the job done in 5 days, from begging to end. I noticed just a few patches that need some touch ups, but was assured they’ll come back to fix them. Will use them again when I do the interior of the home.
