Norwich Tractor

I called Norwich tractor yesterday about a PTO problem, and Steve came out right this morning and took care of the problem quickly. He was very knowledgeable and had the problem resolved in about an hour and my tractor is running perfectly again! I would highly recommend you buying your tractor from Norwich tractor and using them for your service.

I am very busy and when I go to my local Kabota dealer here in Norwich they always help me out. I really like working with Jackie. She knows her stuff.

I had an accident with my tractor last year. Jackie and the Norwich Tractor team were awesome. They were in communication with me the whole time, explaining every step of the process and the quality of the repairs was excellent. So many times we customers focus on the purchase, when there's a second part to the equation " service". I'm proud to say I bought my MX5400 at Norwich Tractor and what an awesome team they are.

Steve Ondrako the service tech. Was very knowledgeable and worked with me on a fair price of the work that my tractor needed. I had work done on the steering and hydrostatic transmission. Over a year ago I purchased a belly mower and had other work done. This Kubota dealer changed ownership about 3 -4 years ago and the new owners Jacky and Mike have been a pleasure to work with. Shaun behind the service counter was always keeping me up to date on the tractor repairs. Todd and Bob did a awesome job on the repairs with no issues. We are lucky to have a Kubota dealer like this in our small town of Norwich.

Everyone at Norwich Tractor have been amazing to deal with. Shaun in particular has always gone out of his way to help me find parts even when the part numbers may not have been accurate. Great establishment and great people.

This is actually my 2nd experience with Norwich Tractor. My first was last summer when I needed to replace a couple spindles on my Kubota Z-Turn mower. It was a Saturday morning and I had just spun a spindle on my mower deck. I only had limited time to get to the dealer and hopefully get the part. I removed my mower deck and threw it in the bed of my truck to make sure we matched the right parts. I got to Norwich Tractor with only a few minutes to spare as they close early on Saturday. The guys at the parts counter came out, looked at the damaged parts , looked up the part numbers, found them in stock, and actually installed them them for me after the store closed. They got me up and running within half an hour….
This time around, I had been calling dealerships looking for an RTV1100. Of course everywhere I called , I got the same story… we have none in stock and orders are about 8-10 months out.
When I called Norwich, I spoke with Andy in sales and was quickly advised the same info, but then he said…”How bad do you want one” ?
I advised him I’d be interested in whatever he had to offer.
Andy said he was just advised he had a camo unit coming in at the end of July or early August, and speaking from experience he thought that would mean THE END OF AUGUST.
Over the phone, with a verbal handshake, he told me the unit was mine .(we did all the prerequisite necessary paperwork the following Saturday)
While I was there on Saturday, I noticed a new camo RTV1100 parked in front of the dealership… I assumed it was being delivered to another customer, but when I looked at the SOLD tag, it had my name on the opposite side.
A very nice surprise indeed.
Andy stated he would have his service department add 2 sets of LED lights and a spotlight to my RTV and also agreed to switch out the ATV tires for worksite tires
Andy is THE BEST !!! Super easy to work with and very friendly and the overall experience with the dealership rates A+++.
Looking forward to having my RTV delivered and I was more than happy to share this VERY POSITIVE buying experience !!

Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to resolve my tractor issue. Steve their tech responded and located the problem in a very timely matter and made a quick repair.

Steve the mechanic was a great help! I have never had so much help with a KTAC insurance claim, he went to the job site to take photos for me amd everything. He gave me his cell number and helped with troubleshooting. He even answered his phone Sunday evening to provide technical assistance. Steve's customer service will make me use Norwich tractor once again!

Excellent service .. Service tech Steve reached out to me about about a service bulletin on my Kubota L2502 . He wanted to stop by and check to see if it had an accessory fuse installed as it did but said some were missed . Very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had . Thank you !

Friday, February 16th, Mr Ondrako arrived at the time promised to replace a part on my B2601 Kubota tractor. Excellent work, completed quickly and professionally. In addition, provided excellent advice concerning an issue with my Kubota B2410 tractor. Will definitely consult Mr Ondrako for any further work I might need.

Steve was very professional and provided excellent service when my lawnmower broke down and came to the house very quickly.

These people are FANTASTIC! We recently purchased an lx3310 here after being a loyal Randall customer of 22 years. We went to 2 other dealerships and waited WEEKS for pricing and answers. I called Andy and told him what I wanted and within 2 hours he called back with all the information I needed. The very next day we drove out, filled out the paperwork and after being approved by kubota, we came back, signed the contract and they had the tractor at our front door less than 24 hours later. Jackie did a fantastic job of explaining everything on the paperwork end as well as following up with support in dealing with kubota. Andy is on top of making sure everything is satisfactory, and the tech Alex did a fantastic job of explaining all the functions and making sure we understand how the dpf system works as well as all the little features. Everyone there had a smile on their face, were honest, and were there for us every step of the way. Theres not enough good things I can say about these people and if you're considering purchasing a tractor from them don't hesitate. They will take very good care of you

Norwich Tractor went out of their way to help me locate a Kubota tractor that they didn't have. they found it for me at a completely different dealership. I admire that they did that, knowing that they would not be selling me the machine. Very helpful people who possess tremendous experience and product knowledge.
