Anniversary Inn Logan

We had a great stay this week. It was a fun romantic getaway. The themed rooms are so cool. Very luxurious. I loved the sheets and the shower. My girlfriend loved the jetted tub and the theme of our room. A couple thing we would like to see improvement would be better communication with staff. But overall it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back for another stay. Thanks Anniversary Inn!

Edit: Got in touch with the manager and she was incredibly helpful in remedying the situation for all parties. The rating has been updated to match the improved service given. While it shouldn’t have taken what it did to resolve everything, she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome.

Booked a couples massage (1 hour) and the website stated it would be $90/hr per person. The massage therapists showed up (15min late) and at the end said she wasn’t sure if we knew but we were supposed to pay her directly instead of going through the hotel room charge. Not a big deal, sent her the payment and tip.

After we got the invoice we noticed a $120 charge for the massage and called to ask for clarification as we were told we weren’t going to pay via the hotel room charge from the massage therapist. They explained to us that they now charge $40/hr PER PERSON just to book the massage therapist to come to your room. This was never explained over the phone to confirm availability of the massage nor on the website when looking at the details of the massage package. I would not have booked if I had known and feel cheated out of $80 (they did refund $40).

Their excuse was “it’s a new thing within this last week and everything hasn’t been updated properly.” We booked over a week ago though, and never had it explained to us after their supposed policy change. The room was nice and the themes are fun, but I likely will never return based on the poor customer service and ridiculous excuses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Fire And Ice room had a ton of mirrors, making the cozy room feel bigger. After our visit, we took a tour of the other theme rooms, and you really can't go wrong with any of them. The emerald level rooms are small, but not claustrophobic. The diamond level rooms are very spacious.

This is a great getaway place for an anniversary, birthday or any special occasion. We’ve been going here for many years. We travel up from Salt Lake City to get away and enjoy some time in Logan. The rooms are amazing and very relaxing.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and it was such a great experience! I booked my reservation last minute, so only the Arabian Nights room was available. At first, I was a bit disappointed- but as soon as I got there I was more than pleased with the room. It really felt like we were staying somewhere far from home. The room itself was very clean, spacious, had plenty of towels (bath robes provided too) and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good, not super fancy but it was satisfying.

We really enjoyed our stay. The customer service was great, check-in was easy and it’s located a short walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shops. My only suggestion to the owners is to maybe use a little more funds towards the upkeep of the place, it wasn’t bad enough to ruin the experience by any means but there were definitely some noticeably worn down parts of the inn that either need to be replaced or fixed up. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d love to return in the future!

My wife and I have stayed here twice and loved it both times. The rooms are always clean and the themes are pretty fun.

This was our first time ever staying at a themed hotel and it was a really fun experience for sure! We staying in the oriental gardens suite, it’s a ruby suite if anyone was wondering. The red jetted tub was too die for! We were celebrating our 2 year anniversary and they were so suite with decorations they lined the room with rose petals and everything, it was an amazing and very romantic experience and both me and my boyfriend slept like rocks. We bought the bounce back certificate so we will definitely be back for sure!

Out of all the Anniversary Inns Logan is our favorite. Gladly do the drive . There’s a cute little diner right by there for dinner

The Swiss room was amazing. We will definitely go every year for now on. Check in was simple, the room was great, they deliver breakfast when you want. We narrowed a few movies from the front desk and ordered some amazing cheesecake and had a great time.

I love this place! I've only been to the Logan location but it is a scenic drive from Salt Lake so that's always nice. My favorite room here is the Taj Mahal room. It is a room that features a loft style bedroom with a grand staircase leading up to it. You really gotta experience it to truly appreciate it. It's kinda pricey but worth it for special occasions. It also includes breakfast that is brought right to your door at the morning hours of your choosing. All rooms include a jacuzzi as well.

We have enjoyed many stays as a couple at this Anniversary Inn over many years and have always had a good experience. We have been able to stay in many of the rooms with their fun and detailed themes and decor. Circumstances do not allow us to travel far from home much and with Anniversary Inn we do not need to. We have traveled the world and through time and space while remaining close to home. We have always enjoyed the breakfasts they serve and having it delivered to our room. We have always been met by pleasant and helpful employees when we check in and check out. Sometimes we have stayed multiple nights in a row and sometimes going to different rooms each night and they have accommodated us well, calling our room when the next room is clean and available for us to move over to. So when one room is not available for multiple nights in a row, consider staying in different rooms each night. We have also been able to give our children with special needs a fun experience as we booked two rooms for a night with the guys in one room and girls in another then spending some time together as a family playing pool, foosball, golf, darts, pinball and whatever and then spending time having girl time and guy time watching the different kinds of movies that we like. This thinking outside the box provided a memorable and fun time while the kids felt special and spoiled while being able to remain close to home. We love Anniversary Inn. We are already scheduled to return again shortly.

We absolutely love this place! We always come here for a weekend getaway away from our kiddos. We really enjoy all the different themed rooms and the staff make you feel at home. Every room is unique and stunning by itself and the photos don't do them justice. I wish we were still able to do the tours. Maybe one of these days that will be offered again.

The property is so gorgeous and inviting, it feels like home away from home. We would love to be able to have my master bedroom similar to few of the rooms we've stayed in.

We loved this place! They were very clear about how things worked here, and we really felt like we had a private getaway. They scheduled ahead of time when they would bring a snack and when they would bring breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the Hollywood Romance room, and it was so fun! The decor all matched the theme and it felt so unique from other hotels we have stayed in.
Also, the tub was huge! It felt more like a small boat than a tub :) We can't wait for our next stay.

This was my first time visiting this particular location. It was a bit of a drive for my husband and I, but it was 100% worth it! We absolutely loved the everything about it! The staff was super friendly and funny, the room was gorgeous and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious!

Beautiful rooms with all the extras! Staff was super friendly, attentive and went over and above. I eat a super limited diet and didn't expect to be able to eat their breakfast. They offered to cater to my limitations so I could, and it was absolutely delicious! I'm super impressed with the entire experience of staying at Anniversary Inn! Definitely planning to go back! My wife and I loved it. Even though we had a lower tier room(lake Powell) it was first class. From the spacious two person jetted tub to the stars on the ceiling to the delicious breakfast delivered to our room, everything about this place was fantastic. We have a place for our future getaways. I can't wait to see some of the other rooms.Thank you Anniversary Inn!!!

My wife and I stayed here recently in the oriental suite. We had a really good time. The rooms are a bit dated and the fountain didn't work in the room. We would still go back in a heart beat. The food was really good as well.
If you want a private night for a romantic getaway give it a try.
