Kaitlan was excellent to work with and I would recommend her to anyone no matter where you are in your home buying journey. We were first timers, searching from across the country, in the height of the craziest most competitive market ever, with a not particularly healthy budget (for Larchmont) so needless to say there were challenges. Kaitlan educated us, supported us, kept us calm and level-headed, and was honest and thoughtful in her feedback. She went out of her way and encouraged us to look at homes even if they didn’t seem quite right because it helped us all get to know one another and helped ensure we were going to land in a home that made the most sense. I was always a little worried we were wasting her time doing this exercise but she was so invested in us and our process that these “test runs” were fruitful. We ultimately wound up shifting gears completely and buying in CT, and even with that change Kaitlan has stayed in touch with us regularly just to see how we’re doing. That means a lot. Although moving can be exciting, it's truly bittersweet. We lived in Larchmont for 25 years and we'll always have beautiful memories of that time.
