Before we decided to build I had only heard horror stories when it came to building a home and left us very skeptical. Adam made sure to be there the whole way with the home building process, even going the extra mile for us on a handful of home building issues.

As I heard others who are going through the same building process we were, they were getting walked all over by builders, but we never experienced that because Adam handled those situations, which took a lot of stress off of us. Everything from cabinets and countertops being wrong to a wall not being in the right spot, Adam made sure our desires and wishes were met.

So do yourself a favor and make sure there is a sign with Achievement Realty in front of your house when you sell, or representing your in your home search, because you may be missing out if not.

Adam was amazing to work with! This was our second sale and third home purchase, but the first time we did the sale and purchase at the same time. His market speculations were spot on and we were under contract in less than a week! The point of view he offered helped us get more than asking price. As far as the home we were trying to buy, we were initially turned down until Adam went beyond and encouraged the seller to counter anyway. He was available and willing to explain anything that was unclear. I've been most impressed by how much he truly loves what he does. He is brilliant and analyzes the market and trends in ways other agents have not considered. Because of that, he can be more confident in the numbers and timing he suggests to help you move your property. I've worked with many agents before but Adam knows exactly what needs to happen to make things work.

It has been amazing living at our home in Logan, and renting through Achievement has been a breeze! All of the staff is always so kind and attentive. We would recommend them to anyone!
