Bayview Catering on the Water Venue

We had our son's 1st birthday party at Bayview last month, it was beautiful, and everything was great! Maggie was great to work with and was very responsive to my hundreds of emails and questions. All of the staff were very attentive. We were a little weary in the beginning to book the event because we didn't really know anyone who hosted an event here, how the food would be or the place in general, but we were extremely happy and pleased! I would 100% recommended Bayview and working with Maggie!

I cannot say enough positive things about the Bayview. You can see for yourself that it is an absolutely gorgeous place to get married / have your reception. The view is spectacular. The interior is stunning. What you can’t see by looking at the pictures or driving past the venue is the team that works inside and makes everything come together. Maggie, Lauren, Julia, Ashley our bridal attendant, Jackie, John, and the rest of the team make you feel so at home every step of the way. They think of everything and walk you through the process. They are always available and always willing to help. On top of all of that, the food, the service everything is fantastic. They truly go above and beyond. They made our wedding perfect for us. You will not regret booking the Bayview for your next event. You even might get a new extended family on top of it!

We had my father's 90th birthday party at The Bayview this past Saturday and we couldn't of been happier. The moment we saw the room we knew it was perfect. Clean, bright, excellent layout with bar and restroom right in the room. Extra heated outdoor area was a plus! The staff from start to finish was professional, courteous, and on point will all our needs. We had a guest with numerous food allergies and the staff and chef worked with us to accommodate all our needs for safe dining. Thank you Maggie, and Nick for allowing us to enjoy our event and leaving with nothing but happy memories!

Samantha helped me put together this lovely party for my team and my bosses everyone enjoyed they hade a nice time I truly appreciated everything Samantha and her team did for my event to make this day special for my bosses and my team players at South Shore Nursing Center thank you for a your help to make this day enjoyable ❤

Had a staff meeting here today and it went great! Samantha and Nick did an excellent job taking care of us. Hassle-free process start to finish. The view is magnificent, the venue is beautiful and everyone loved it. We got everything done that we needed to and the setting made it feel like a real retreat instead of business as usual. Highly recommend!

I hosted a friend's baby shower in the Veranda room at this venue. The views are breathtaking. What can I say other than the staff and venue made the process of planning this shower from another state stress free. Samantha was pleasant and made sure all decisions were made timely, questions were promptly answered, and last minute changes were accommodated. I was able to meet her the day of the event and she was just as sweet in person. Our Maitre D, Jackie, was professional, courteous, helpful and made general suggestions on setup. I never looked up and didn't see Jackie. She was attentive to the parents to be and to any needs during the event. Jill and Fayzi who were also working our event jumped in to assist in the setup. They rock!! I absolutely can't say enough about how much I appreciated their assistance.

Overall, the venue and the team delivered and went above and beyond my expectations. If there is any doubt about this venue just book it. You won't be disappointed. Samantha, Jackie, Jill and Fayzi - thank you again for all your efforts.

We recently had our wedding at The Bayview a few weeks back and we were extremely pleased and thrilled with our experience and this venue. Many emails were sent working hand in hand along the way and Maggie and Lauren were constantly responsive and helpful. So many of our guests raved about how great the food was, and the service at this venue is top notch. Bride and groom are served three entree options at dinner which I have never seen before and that was very unique. With the possibility of rain, the venue was still very accommodating and made everything stress free. Our guests loved the rooftop and it is a perfect place for a wedding ceremony with the views of the water and sunsets. Our bridal attendant, Jill, was amazing and gave us food from the cocktail hour to made sure we ate. Jill checked in on us all night and made it seamless. Not one thing went wrong the entire night! Service, food, staff, and venue is 11/10. I recommend choosing this venue for weddings or any event. We didn't want the experience to end, very special!

We had the best wedding at Bayview! The service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. The food and drinks were delicious. Maggie was great to work with throughout the entire process. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend Bayview for any event, especially weddings!

This place is absolutely beautiful. We went here for Mother’s Day brunch and the food was delicious. Definitely one of the best buffet brunches I’ve been to. The staff was very attentive to the needs of the table. This is a great place to have a wedding. Very scenic and the decor is very modern. Highly recommend checking it out!

My daughter’s 30th birthday party was amazing. Everyone from beginning to the end was extremely accommodating.

We had an AMAZING event at the Bayview! Our family and friends couldn't stop thanking us and complimenting the venue all night and days after! The views from the rooftop and the main hall were a perfect backdrop for our graduation celebration! It was easy to envision hosting our event there. Samantha was a breeze to work with; she was in constant communication with me, flexible, and accommodating. The staff was friendly and present during the event -- asking me what, if anything, I needed. Thank you for making our occasion extra special!

We had our sons first birthday at the Bayview & everything was perfect! We had the best waitress/waiter (Nick) at our tasting! They ended up also working our party which we were thrilled about! In addition, the day of the party our Matre’d Jill was fantastic! She was extremely attentive and a pleasure to work with! Chris also was excellent in making sure everything went smooth for us for the set-up on the morning of the party! Highly recommend the Bayview for any occasion, it’s a beautiful place with great food & service!

Bayview catering is one of the Premier caterings in Long island. You can book your wedding your bar mitzvah your Bat Mitzvah you're pretty much anything 35 year College reunion it is very very nice the food is very good they treat you very well. And it is either Sunshine morning whatever you want to do they will work with you really well have tastings and stuff. Be ready to spend a little bit of money you know it's not that they're willing to work there any budget but remember it's just a wonderful place. The Bayview was the perfect place for us to have our wedding reception. The staff was responsive, flexible (especially in writing our customized contract), eager to help, accommodating, had great ideas, and was incredibly friendly to us and our guests. The venue itself is beautiful and laid out well for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions. The views from its many windows are especially fantastic. Our guests raved about how many food options there were and how delicious the food was. Our night flowed seamlessly thanks to all of the staff working together and communicating well with us and each other. We really felt like they cared about us and our wedding which made it that much more special. We would definitely have another event at this venue and we will definitely be recommending it to our friends and family looking for venues in the area.

Had the pleasure of making my daughter’s engagement party this past weekend. The venue is not only stunning but the food was delicious. The staff, especially Lauren and Jill, were very attentive and wanted to help in any way they could on the day of the event. They helped to relieve any last minute stresses and questions we had. We had the party in the ballroom which was perfect for our 90 guests. We originally thought the room would be too large but the room was set up stunningly with a lounge area by the bar and plenty of room to dance and guests were very comfortable. My daughter and future SIL had the best time and guests raved that the engagement party topped any wedding event they have been to. I would def recommend!! Thanks Bayview on the Water!!

Place was amazing, service was great. Bartenders are A+ would love to go back on a sunny day to have drinks while looking on the water.

If there were more stars to give, we would! Held our Company Party here and it was absolutely perfect. Better than I even anticipated it all to be. 220 guests are still raving about it. Staff was so attentive and plentiful, all with smiles on their faces. Food was delicious, from the appetizers, our meals and the dessert. The place looked absolutely gorgeous, all decorated for Christmas. Bathroom were spotless! Someone spilt a drink on the dance floor and one of the owners was right on it, mopping the floor himself. Overall, Great experience from start to finish. If you are considering the Bayview for your event, do it! Book it now! You will be so happy you did!

Absolutely beautiful, definitely recommend for any party, wedding or celebration, located right on the water on the nautical mile in Freeport, I was very impressed and pleased, nice, nice place !!
