AT&T Store

Amber was amazing to work with! We bought a new iPhone for our son and had his service transferred over. I also brought my phone in and had my service transferred over. We then purchased international use for our other son who was already an at&t customer. She was patient and very informative with everything we brought to the table. Now our family is on one account and we couldn't be more satisfied!

Joseph N was great. Prompt service, knowledgeable, helpful, polite. He answered all of our questions and helped making my decision allot easier. I recommend this store. Thank you all very much.

Best customer service! Rick was phenomenal in helping us get our service switched over to AT&T. He was patient with us as well as the horrible company we left. Everything was explained in detail and we left very happy with our new service and equipment.

A quick stop in to AT&T Saratoga to check on possibly upgrading our phones saved us $10 per phone line x 4 = $40/month. Shawn reviewed our plan and suggested enrolling in autopay and paperless billing. Shawn is polite, engaging and knowledgeable! We appreciate his professionalism and efficiency! The Wilton/Saratoga, NY ATT store staff, particularly Rick, is phenomenal. I purchased a new Samsung S23 Ultra through them and Rick patiently transferred over all the contents of my old S10+ phone explaining the process as it went along. He made sure everything worked correctly and that I was satisfied with my new phone and answered all my questions. He has a lot of knowledge and is a valuable asset to ATT. THANK YOU RICK!

We often take for granted the very things and people who deserve our gratitude and deserve to be recognized. Yesterday I was having a very bad day as my smartphone had died and I needed immediate support. I first went to AT&T store in Clifton Park NY where I have purchase this and several phones in the past and unfortunately was very disappointed with that experience, so much so I was contemplating changing carriers after all these years with AT&T. I opted to try AT&T one more time and went to the AT&T Store in Saratoga Springs NY where I was fortunate to meet Rick "M" who greeted me with a smile and asked how he could be of assistance. I explained my problem and my previous experience in Clifton Park to which he apologized for my previous encounter and said he would be happy to help me resolve my problem. Words cannot express my gratitude for the incredible Customer Service Rick provided. The time and patience Rick gave me to resolving my issue in a timely manor fully displayed the training and experience he offers to his clients which I believe is extraordinary and for which I am extremely grateful, Thank you again Rick...

Joe C he was absolutely amazing I came in with a problem with Apple CarPlay and he fixed the issue that I was having along with working with another customer… He was multi tasking and I really appreciate what he did to serve my needs

The customer service tech Shawn was great! He got my phone apps downloaded so I can access my e mails and Facebook messages, and since I am going away I will really need that option on my phone. Refreshing to see someone with such a good attitude and pleasant personna.

Customer service representative Alex Mangus at the Wilton, NY store, gave me incredible service. He's super competent, professional, and a great person all around to deal with. It's worth going to this AT&T store just to work with him!

Shawn, the sales rep was proactive and greeted my girlfriend and I as we walked into the store. We were looking at buying a new phone and they didn't have the one we wanted in stock so he suggested another upgraded version, we said we'd have a look. Even though it was more money then we planned on spending, we decided to go ahead and purchase it. Shawn's help, attentiveness and friendly disposition all contributed to our purchase and added an ending pleasure to our vacation experience.

We went in this morning with questions about our account. Josh came over to help us and was extremely friendly. TJ also assisted with the process and was very friendly as well. Overall the experience was very good and we will definitely be going to this location for our future needs!

Had a great experience transferring my number to AT&T. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and nice to talk with. He offered a plan that does not cost more than what I planned to get, but offers a lot more features. He made sure I did not leave the store without my line working properly, when he could have just said that the number transfer will happen within 24 hours.

Excellent service! Everything was done very quick and Andrew was an excellent salesman and Parker and Jacob were great with helping set up our phones.

The customer service at this store was absolutely phenomenal! I walked in very worried with an issue with my phone and was immediately greeted by a representative who listened patiently, put me at ease, and promised immediate resolution which was promptly delivered. I was so impressed that I asked for his name and that of his manager who also came over to assist in cheerfully resolving everything in a quick, efficient and extremely respectful manner...Thank you Nicolas Noyes for making me believe that true customer service still exists and to his manager, Shawn...both of whom showed the utmost of professionalism and courtesy.

I highly recommend the staff at the AT&T store in Wilton/Saratoga Springs, NY, particularly Nick and Sean. This is my third in-person experience at the store and could not have been more pleased with the result!

For me, shopping for cellphones and phone plans is a bit like car shopping- it can be pretty intimidating, especially when it is hard for anyone to really be certain they are getting what they are paying for (and no more!) when they read their monthly cellphone bill- and don't even get me started on deciphering a Family Plan!

Nick took the time to compare various options for my multiple lines and any available phone upgrades, and then walked me through each option. I was able to make sure that everyone on my Plan was set up properly and that I understand what I am paying for each month.

Additionally, I needed an old phone wiped and reset to factory settings so I could "re-gift" it to my son the next day (his first phone!). Nick and his manager took all the time necessary so I didn't feel rushed - even though it was AFTER closing hour!

Nick and Sean stayed open late for me, offered amazing customer service, and were extremely knowledgeable. I did not get any "used car salesman" pressure- in fact I walked out very happy, with all my questions fully addressed and much more knowledgeable about my own cellphone plan than before I went into the Saratoga AT&T store!
