Best Buy

Last night, which was a Friday night, my computer failed. I did everything I could to fix it, and was worried I'd be out of a computer for some time. I even started looking at the costs to buy a new one. I was going to take it to a local computer repair shop, but they were closed on Saturday. I then took it to best buy. I worked with the Geek Squad, with a staff DK. I was there about an hour and walked away with a fully working computer. I'm excited because I'm back on my computer already. Without Best Buy I would probably have been without my computer for some time into next week. Very grateful they were there.

Mostly the Geek squad!! Our computer was hacked and they were able to fix it for us. Our laptop was running so slow you could go make cookies and come back and it would still be booting up. They gave us their best suggestions and fixed it!! They're great!!

Took my sick laptop into the geek squad. The kid was competent, friendly and helpful. Most importantly he was honest about the state of my laptop and the best way to handle it. He was not acting as a Best Buy salesman but wanted what was best for me.

I like best buy well enough but I don't like that they have dumbed down their tech support services . And I don't like that you have to call some other country to just set up an at home visit. The reps who try to assist over the phones rude and will just hang up on you .

Looking for a laptop and the one I wanted was sold out. Nice guy came over and helped us find another option. Amazing help. Even some good deals on out of the box stuff and tons of tech it’s a really good place to browse and buy and use it right away rather than wait for a delivery.

Bought a washer, dryer and a TV customer service was exceptional dealt with Justin and DK both gentlemen were, well gentlemen. Very pleased with my purchases delivery was fantastic quick absolutely no complaints just want to thank Justin for the exceptional way he did his job.

I had a picture of exactly what I needed and Raiden found it, carried the product to the front for me, and helped me check out. The entire process was less than 5 minutes. Raiden was professional and kind.

Been having a lot of trouble finding PC components locally for an aging gaming machine. But the last two days I've had pretty much half the store helping me find something that would work. Or at the most, figuring out some alternatives. They always seem to price match something for me when I go there. Never fails. If you will take the time to do your research you can get what you want for a decent price. Heck, I don't even mind paying a little more to have people working that aren't completely inept. Some places here in the Valley just give you blank stares when you ask for the most basic of things. Which is understandable for the average person, building computers isn't everyone's favorite hobby. But if you are in the electronics department of a major chain, at least take the time to know what you carry in your own store. Just saying.

I purchased the Total tech membership about a year ago and they have fixed, updated and cleaned my laptop like a champ! Always respectful and engaging staff.

This location has always had very helpful staff. They all seem knowledgeable on the products that they sell and have been able to recommend good products for my situation. They don't just tell you to get the most expensive one they actually listen and based on your situation they help pick what will be best.

People here are awesome and great to work with! Super knowledgeable and kind!

Pretty much my favorite store. The associates at the Loveland location are particularly helpful.

I want to commend an employee named Dawson Rainey. He was helping my mom look at audio recorders when I began to feel unwell. I blacked out and started falling over. It wasn't anything too serious, I hadn't eaten enough food or drank enough water that day. I am very impressed with how Dawson handled this situation. He went above and beyond to make sure that my mom and I were okay. Dawson got me some water and some Swedish Fish, and I stabilized quickly. He told us that Best Buy has paperwork that needs to be filled out in this sort of scenario, and he helped walk us through filling out all the information. After he saw that I was improving, he gave some last thoughts to my mom about the recorders and walked us to the checkout. We offered to pay for the water and candy, but he was really nice and offered to take care of it. We are so grateful for how he helped us through this. After we got home, he called my mom to let us know that Best Buy would be calling us in the next few days to check in and get an incident report. He also sent us an email in case we had any questions for him. We greatly appreciate the care and effort that was shown to us, and I felt like that was worth sharing.

Five star for this business establishment. I was offered total tech protection plan somewhere in February of 2022 which I purchased and turned out to be my best decision ever. I was not a frequent customer of. Best, buy's and I would buy the stuff in different places but once I got the total tax protection it got me interested to have that piece of mind that whatever the things I'm purchasing from here I get the extended time to return those items if needed to or if I want to get them repaired that is also covered so had to return my pixel 7 pro that I purchased from South Jordan Best buy location. Once I got to this one in Logan, the person in charge in geek squad took care of it meaning to care of the return right away and replaced my pixel 7 pro with ESM defects with out any questions. So kudos to this place. If you are visiting, total tech purchase would be your best option
