Called the office at 4.30 pm on a Friday right before they closed. Nicole was super friendly and added a car to my policy and sent over the insurance cards. I apologized for calling so late in the day but she was happy to help me with a smile. Thank you Nicole for the wonderful service!!

John and Jim always come through right away. I emailed about a new policy for a new vehicle and had the ID cards in hand 10 minutes later. They are always thorough and explain the details so that I know what I am getting- top notch customer service.

Great service and very helpful staff. Everyone I've worked with have been very responsive and followed up to make sure I got what what was needed. Jim was amazing! John also stepped in when needed and personally made sure the underwriters had what they needed to clarify a problem with my weird address.

John offers exceptional customer service and concern for all of my concerns/needed. He was recommended by a friend, I only wish I had changed agents years ago. His communication is excellent.

My husband and I have been with the Lofrumento Allstate office for several years, starting with Auto insurance when I bought my car, and we have worked with them for several things including a number of insurance claims for accidents, getting day riders (for our wedding), renters and now home insurance.

They respond to email and phone inquiries within 24 hours - are always willing to share information, answer questions and they never try to "sell" me on additional services or coverages. They let me know what's available and if I'm interested they go into the pitch. If I'm not they move on.

I've never had a problem getting in touch with anyone there and I appreciate the time they take with us every time something new comes into our lives. As far as their pricing, I can't complain and the rates are reasonable especially with muti-policy discounts and things like the drive-wise. To be honest, I haven't really shopped around for better rates either - the customer service is so outstanding I'm okay paying a little extra for that comfort.

Insurance is one of those things you pay for, but hope to never use. Unfortunately, when you come home and find it raining in your family room with your entire house flooded due to a cracked toilet tank it is good to know that you are a customer of the Lofrumento Agency. John, his staff and the claims adjusters made a difficult situation easy to handle. The personal attention we received during the process was so helpful, and we were glad to have the proper coverage.John and his team take pride in doing a good job, and will do right by the customer.
