Dr. Hughes is an amazing doctor, he understands the needs of each patient and figures out the best solution possible, the staff working there are also patient and kind in dealing with patients. The medical office itself is well-maintained and clean, and wait time isn't long. They run the place very well!

I've been a patient of Dr. Hughes for a few years now, and I can honestly say he's the best. He's not only a darn good doctor, he also listens to you on a personal level, which is something extremely rare these days. I was the first one in my family to have him as a doctor, and now everyone in my household has him. I can't think of one negative experience I've had with him, which again is rare.
God bless you Dr. Hughes, you're definitely one of the good ones.

Just started seeing Dr. Hughes after recently switching doctors. I can’t say enough good things about this place, the office staff is always super polite, helpful and they get back to you quickly with any questions or prescription needs you may have. Dr. Hughes is very polite, he takes his time, he’s through and doesn’t rush you out of the office. He surgically removed a cyst from my back and I didn’t feel anything! I’ve never had a doctor who I feel like actually listens to my issues and offers logical solutions to help me live a better life. You can tell dr. Hughes is there to help and not just to take your money. The waiting room is also very nice, it’s clean and he never has tons of appointments waiting so you always get a nice quiet waiting room. My wait times have always been no more than a couple minutes before I’m being helped by the doctor. If you are looking for a new doctor this is the place!

Dr Hughes is a great man. He is very caring and takes the time to explain the care he is giving you. He does everything possible to make you feel better. If you are looking for a general physician in the Capital District/Saratoga Area you could find no better.

My husband was a patient of Dr. Hughes, my husband recently passed away he had an opiate addiction which started 50 years ago due to an auto accident when he was in the Marines unfortunately no one knew how addictive pain killers were at that time. Don tried to beat this with family support, rehabs, hospitals, other doctors, with no success. I have so much respect for Dr. Hughes because of his understanding an knowledge of this disease he was able to care for him and give us more years than we would of had as a family. Dr. Hughes was not only his MD, he was his doctor who knew how to treat this epidemic. Thank you so much for all you did for Don and our family.

I have tried to contact your office regarding a serious matter I have received multiple calls for a patient and personal information has been left on my voicemail.. The number that is being called is not the for the correct person please remove it. I left a message asking for your office to stop calling.. It’s a violation to HIPPA

Doctor Hughes was rude, tact less, and gruff with me. No bed side manner. I would not recommend him
